Kebugaran fisik yakni kemampuan seseorang untuk melakukan pekerjaan secara efisien tanpa timbul kelelahan berlebihan sehingga masih dapat menikmati waktu luangnya. Tesis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran status kebugaran dan hubungannya dengan kelelahan pada operator haul truck PT A kalimantan selatan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan menggunakan desain penelitian cross sectional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan responden yang berstatus bugar sebesar 59,7 dan tidak bugar sebesar 40,3 . Tidak ada hubungan antara usia, IMT, Kadar oksigen dalam darah, kebiasaan merokok, dan kebiasaan olahraga, namun terdapat hubungan signifikan antara obesitas sentral dengan kebugaran pada operator haul truck PT A Kalimantan Selatan. Penelitian ini menyarankan pengukuran kebugaran dengan YMCA 3 minutes step test agar hasil objektif dan melakukan evaluasi terhadap gizi kerja.Kata kunci: Kebugaran fisik, YMCA 3 minutes step test , operator haul truck

ABSTRACT
Physical fitness is the ability of a person to do the job efficiently without excessive fatigue so he can still enjoy his spare time. This thesis aims to find out the description of the fitness status and its relation to fatigue on haul truck operator PT A South Kalimantan. This research is analytical descriptive by using cross sectional research design. The result of the research shows that the respondent is in fitness condition 59,7 and not fitness for 40,3 . There is no relationship between age, BMI, blood oxygen levels, smoking habits, and exercise habits, but there is a significant relationship between central obesity and fitness in haul truck operator PT A South Kalimantan. This study suggests fitness measurements with the YMCA 3 minutes step test for objective outcomes and evaluation of work nutrition.Key words Physical fitness , YMCA 3 minutes step test, haul truck operator

Abstrak :
The purpose of this study is to analyze the occupational health risks of workers exposed to TSP, PM10, PM2, 5, Cd, Si, As, and Pb that were carried out on measurements in outdoor, indoor, and personal respirable port location and compare it to the non-port. This research is a descriptive analytic cross-sectional research design. Based on this research, the results are risk characteristics (RQ) outdoor TSP and PM10 dust is less than 1, while PM2,5 located at Hopper 4 is more than 1. For indoor dust RQ PM2,5 located at Hopper 6 and barging more than 1, while on the non-port RQ is less than 1. For personal respirable RQ located at Hopper 6 and genset are more than 1, while in the non port is less than 1. For non-carcinogenic elements Cd, As and Pb RQ are less than 1, while the carcinogenic element As and Cd, value of ECR is less than E-4 and for Silica value of ECR is more than E-4.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai risiko kesehatan pekerja akibat pajanan TSP, PM10, PM2,5, Cd, Si, As, dan Pb yang dilakukan pada pengukuran outdoor, indoor, dan respirable personal lokasi pelabuhan dan membandingkannya dengan non pelabuhan. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif analitik dengan menggunakan desain penelitian cross sectional. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil karakteristik risiko (RQ) debu outdoor TSP dan PM10 kurang dari 1, sementara PM2,5 lokasi Hopper 4 lebih dari 1. Untuk RQ debu indoor PM2,5 pada lokasi Hopper 6 dan barging lebih dari 1, sedangkan non pelabuhan RQ kurang dari 1. Untuk RQ personal respirable pada lokasi Hopper 6 dan genset lebih dari 1, sementara non pelabuhan kurang dari 1. Untuk unsur non karsinogenik Cd, As dan Pb RQ kurang dari 1, sementara unsur karsinogenik As dan Cd nilai ECR kurang dari E-4 dan Silica nilai ECR lebih dari E-4.
