Abstrak :
Fase kuning lampu lalu lintas menimbulkan zona dilema yang mempengaruhi reaksi pengemudi dalam menentukan sikap untuk berhenti atau meneruskan perjalanan. Kendaraan yang berada dalam zona dilema dapat terlibat melakukan pelanggaran lampu lalu lintas karena terlambat merespon fase kuning lampu lalu lintas. Penelitian ini mengembangkan algoritma IBR dalam sistem pelacakan nirkabel diskrit (DWT system) untuk pemantau pergerakan kendaraan di persimpangan yang dilengkapi lampu lalu-lintas.
Algoritma IBR dipergunakan untuk memprediksi pelanggaran lampu lalu-lintas. Prediksi dilakukan berdasar waktu pindai oleh tiga sensor pencacah kendaraan untuk mendapatkan besaran parameter kecepatan, percepatan. Parameter kecepatan dan percepatan dipergunakan untuk mendapatkan batas-batas zona dilema.
Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa algoritma IBR dapat meningkatkan keberhasilan prediksi pelanggaran lampu lalu lintas pada sisa nyala lampu kuning antara 1 sampai 4 detik. Diperoleh peningkatan ketepatan prediksi pelanggaran lampu lalu lintas mencapai 6,87% lebih tinggi dibanding dengan hasil penelitian sejenis yang dilakukan oleh peneliti terdahulu.

Yellow phase of traffic lights cause a dilemma zone that affects the driver reaction to determine attitude to stop or to go on. The vehicles that are in a dilemma zone able to engage red light running since late response to the yellow phase of traffic light. This research develop a IBR algorithms on the discrete wireless tracking system (the DWT system) to monitor the movement of vehicles at intersections.
The IBR algorithm is used to predict the red light runnings. Predictions made based on detection time of the three vehicle counter sensors to obstain the magnitudes of speed and acceleration parameters. Velocity and acceleration parameters used to obtain the dilemma zone boundaries.
Simulation results show that the IBR algorithm improves the success of violation prediction during the period of the yellow light between 1 to 4 seconds. The experiments also exhibits that the accuracy of the red light running prediction increases up to 6.87% is higher than previous research works that have been studied during this work.

Di dalam Tugas Akhir ini akan dibahas aplikasi TCP/IP pada sistem storing-forward dalam komunikasi data paket melalui radio. Dengan protokol TCP/IP, maka jaringan komunikasi data paket melalui radio dapat dihubungkan ke jaringan global TCP/IP melalui saluran telepon. Instrumen yang dihasilkan disebut digital repeater (digipeater).
Rancang-bangun digipeater adalah berbasis mikrokomputer, dengan perangkat lunak dititikberatkan pada perutean jalannya sinyal radio supaya dapat berfungsi sebagai peralatan store-and-forward, sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Penentuan rute menjamin bahwa pengiriman data dari satu stasiun ke stasiun lain melalui digipeater.
Pengujian telah dilakukan dengan tiga stasiun terminal dengan skala laboratorium untuk mendapatkan kinerja digipeater. Dari pengujian didapatkan digipeater dapat menambah keberhasilan pengiriman data yang diakibatkan stasiun tujuan sibuk atau masih off.

In this Thesis is described application of the protocol TCP/IP on the storing-forward system of the packet data communication via radio. The packet data communication via radio use the protocol TCP/IP was connected to the global network TCP/IP via telephone cable. The instrumentation product is called the digital repeater (digipeater).
Implementation of the digipeater use microcomputer and the application software accentuate on the routing of the radio signal, so that it can work as the storing-forward instrumentation. The appointment of the routing must guarantee that data transfer from the sender to the distination via digipeater.
The experiment of the digipeater use three terminal/station in the laboratorium for take performance it. With the result that it can add the resulting of data transfer is caused the distination is busy or off.

ABSTRACT
In general, the present attendance system is using a paper file containing the signature column
of the participating students and lecturers of the course. The problem that arises is the presence of
signature due to the student's absence. Students in one sem ester must attend lectures as much as 75%
of meetings held lecturers as the requirement to take the final exam of the semester. Student attendance
calculations take a relatively long time for each course. For that in this research made cource attendance
system based on radio frequency identification (RFID) and fingerprint. As RFID card used e -ID card. The
result showed that the maximum e-KTP card reading distance of 2 cm and fingerprint ID reading with
time between 1.945 to 2.227 seconds. The success rate of reading e-KTP card and fingerprint ID is 100%.
The overall test of attendance system shows 100% success rate. Presence data is displayed in the GUI
and stored in database and exported in .xls format.
