Abstrak :
Skripsi ini membahas mengenai dugaan praktik anti persaingan usaha yaitu predatory pricing dalam penyelenggaraan jasa transportasi oleh Go-Jek. Dugaan ini berdasarkan pada penetapan tarif yang sangat rendah/murah yang dilakukan PT. Go-Jek Indonesia yang beroperasi di wilayah DKI Jakarta. Go-Jek muncul sebagai pelopor ojek berbasis teknologi aplikasi yang menawarkan kemudahan bagi konsumen untuk menggunakan jasa layanan angkutan ojek tersebut. Konsumen dapat mengunduh aplikasi Go-Jek melalui smartphone dan dapat digunakan untuk memesan Go-Jek dengan mudah dan cepat. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa PT. Go-Jek telah melakukan praktik predatory pricing sehingga menimbulkan adanya persaingan usaha tidak sehat. ......The focus in this thesis is about the alleged of unfair competition practices which is the practice due to the determination of the very low fare that done by PT Go-Jek Indonesia which operates in DKI Jakarta. Go-Jek emerged as a pioneer of technology-based application that offers convenience for the customer to use the service of the ojek transport services. Customers can download the application through smartphone and can be used to hail a Go-Jek easily and quickly. This is a reasearch study using normative juridical method. Results of this study is that PT. Go-Jek Indonesia has been proven to have a very low fare cost which led to the practive of predatory pricing and unfair competition.
