ABSTRACT
Pendahuluan. Kelurahan Duren Sawit merupakan kelurahan tertinggi ditemukannya kasus PE dan kematian DBD pada anak umur Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Duren Sawit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat keberadaan jentik Aedes aegypti dan Aedes albopictus berdasarkan karakteristik kontainer meliputi jenis, bahan, volume, kondisi air dan warna pada SD, Kelurahan Duren Sawit. Berdasarkan karakteristik kontainer yang di identifikasi, kemudian dapat diketahui tingkat potensial perindukan keberadaan jentik Ae. aegypti dan Ae. albopictus. Metode. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan melihat seluruh kontainer di Sekolah Dasar Kelurahan Duren Sawit. Desain studi adalah cross-sectional dan data dianalisa secara univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan chi-square. Hasil dan Pembahasan. Pada penelitian ini ditemukan hubungan yang signifikan dan perbedaan yang bermakna antara warna kontainer dengan keberadaan jentik Ae. aegypti dan Ae. albopictus nilai p 0,001; OR 5,38 dan pengurasan dengan keberadaan jentik Aedes nilai p= 0,002; OR=4,28. Simpulan. Warna gelap dan pengurasan kontainer memiliki perbedaan dan hubungan yang signifikan, sehingga SD Kelurahan Duren Sawit perlu merubah kontainer

ABSTRACT
Background. Kelurahan Duren Sawit is the highest kelurahan found cases of PE and death cases of DHF in Primary school aged children in Kecamatan Duren Sawit. This study aimed to see larva Aedes aegypti and Aedes albopictus based on container chracteristics include types, materials, volume, water condition and color in SD, Kelurahan Duren Sawit. Based on the identified container characteristics, then we can know the potential level of longing for the presence of larva Ae. aegypti and Ae. albopictus. Method. This study uses primary data by looking all containers in Kelurahan Duren Sawit Primary School. The design study was cross sectional, data were analyzed univariat and bivariate using chi square. Results and Discussion.In this study we found significant relationship and difference between color of container with presence of Ae. aegypti dan Ae. albopictus larva p value 0,001, OR 5,38 and also containers draining with presence of Aedes larva Value p 0,002 OR 4,28. Conclusions and suggestions.Dark colors and draining containers have significant relationships and difference, SD Kelurahan Duren Sawit need to.

Laporan magang ini akan membahas tentang e-Faktur H2H antara DJP dengan PT. IRN MOR III dimana pada penggunaan e-Faktur dapat memberikan keamanan dan kemudahan bagi perusahaan dalam melaksanakan kewajiban perpajakan Pajak Pertambahan Nilai khususnya dalam hal pembuatan faktur pajak. Selanjutnya, e-faktur juga dapat mencegah dan mengurangi maraknya faktur pajak fiktif yang merugikan negara. Berikutnya, dengan sistem e-faktur H2H, PT. IRN MOR III dapat terhubung langsung atau terintegrasi dengan DJP sehingga semua data transaksi penjualan dan pembayaran serta perpajakan transparan. Selanjutnya penulis juga menjelaskan alur proses faktur pajak elektronik H2H antara perusahaan dengan DJP. Sebagai tambahan, penulis menjelaskan sistem informasi akuntansi penjualan tunai dan sistem informasi akuntansi penjualan kredit pada PT. IRN MOR III saat menerbitkan faktur pajak.

ABSTRACT
This internship report discusses Tax e-Invoice Host-To-Host H2H between Directorate General Tax and PT. IRN MOR III. The use of tax e-invoice can provide security and convenience for companies in implementing taxation obligations of Value Added Tax, especially in the case of tax invoice manufacture. Furthermore, tax e-Invoice can also prevent and reduce the rise of fictitious tax invoices that harm the state. Next, with the tax e-invoice H2H system, PT. IRN MOR III can connect directly or integrated with DGT so that all data of sale transaction and purchase as well as taxation which more transparent. Furthermore, the author also explains the flow of electronic tax invoice H2H between PT. IRN MOR III with DGT. In addition, the author explained the flow of accounting information systems cash sales and accounting information system credit sales at PT. IRN MOR III when issuing tax invoice.

Abstrak :
Tesis ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis menganalisis hubungan antara infeksi odontogenik dengan terjadinya komplikasi infeksi sistemik. Penelitian ini merupakan sebuah studi cross sectional dengan desain retrospektif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara penyebaran infeksi odontogenik berdasarkan tingkat keparahan menurut Flynn Severity Score terhadap komplikasi infeksi sistemik servikal sellulitis maupun DNM, Sedangkan pada komplikasi infeksi sistemik sepsis, maka kelompok usia pasien dan penyakit penyerta memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap terjadinya komplikasi infeksi sistemik sepsis tersebut. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat keparahan menurut Flynn Severity Score, usia pasien dan penyakit penyerta dapat mempengaruhi terjadinya komplikasi infeksi sistemik berupa servikal selullitis, DNM maupun sepsis. ......This study aims to analyze the relationship between odontogenic infections and the complications of systemic infections. This is a cross sectional study with a retrospective design. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between the spread of odontogenic infection based on the severity according to the Flynn Severity Score on complications of cervical systemic infection, DNM and sepsis, regarding complications of systemic infections in sepsis group, the patient’s age and accompanying diseases have a significant influence on the occurrence of complications of the sepsis systemic infection. As a conclusion, based on Flynn Severity Score, the patient’s age and accompanying diseases can influence the occurrence of complications of systemic infections in the form of cervical sellulitis, DNM and sepsis
