Abstrak :
[Banyak masalah kesehatan ekonomi sosial akibat perilaku merokok yang akan berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan pembangunan nasional. Namun perokok remaja setiap tahunnya meningkat. Padahal pemerintah sudah berupaya memperingatkan bahaya merokok Sekarang pemerintah menempuh cara baru melalui pesan gambar di bungkus rokok. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan pesan gambar dengan perilaku merokok. Ini merupakan penelitian diskriptif korelatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional metode pengambilan data stratified random sampling dan menggunakan kuesioner Responden sebanyak 100 siswa Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pesan gambar komunikatif berimbang dengan yang tidak 90 siswa berstatus bukan perokok ada hubungan bermakna antara pesan gambar dengan perilaku merokok siswa. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar perancang pesan gambar dibungkus rokok membuat gambar lebih menakutkan dan mengganti pesan gambar yang kurang menakutkan. ......So many health problems economic social consequence of smoking behavior that affect national development. The aim of this research was to determine the relationship between warning labels on tobacco product and smoking behavior of students in senior high school. This study was conducted in SMA Putra Bangsa Depok The method was descriptive correlation. The total of samples was 100 peoples. The tool to collected data in this research is questionnaire The data analyzed using Chi Square Based on the results of this research can be concluded that there is a balance between communicative and does not communicative the warning labels 90 students is non smoker status. This result show that there is relationship between warning labels on tobacco product and smoking behavior in Depok senior high school students in 2015. Laju urbanisasi yang sangat cepat berdampak terhadap perubahan gaya hidup dan pola diet masyarakat perkotaan. Masyarakat perkotaan kurang melakukan aktifitas fisik, mengkonsumsi makanan siap saji dan rendah serat yang akhirnya menimbulkan konstipasi dan hemoroid. Terdapat 5,7% prevalensi hemoroid di Indonesia dari total populasi sekitar 10 juta penduduk. Dan meningkat pada usia 45-65 tahun. Karya ilmiah ini menganalisis asuhan keperawatan terhadap pasien post hemoroidektomi dengan intervensi unggulan edukasi pre dan post operasi. Pasien jarang mengkonsumsi sayuran akibatnya konstipasi dan mencetuskan hemoroid. Pasien mengalami nyeri, gatal, rasa panas, perdarahan, bahkan anemia defisiensi besi. Dan menimbulkan masalah keperawatan nyeri akut, intoleransi aktifitas, konstipasi. Penyalahgunaan obat laksatif memperparah konstipasi. Edukasi dengan menekankan komplikasi dapat mengubah perilaku pasien. Keluarga berperan penting membentuk perilaku hidup sehat, mengkonsumsi sayuran. Penulis merekomendasikan setiap perawat yang mengedukasi pasien hemoroid agar menekankan komplikasi. Pasien hemoroid eksternal maupun internal sebaiknya segera periksa ke pelayanan kesehatan untuk menghindari komplikasi.

ABSTRACT
Rapid urbanization and changing lifestyles had led to a shift in dietary patterns. People were now consuming more junk food without enough dietary fiber and also deficient physical activity. Therefore constipation and hemorrhoid occured. Indonesia has 5,7 percent hemorrhoids prevalence from ten million people between ages 45 and 65 years old. The aim of the Scientific work was to analyze patient nursing care hemorrhoidectomy which the pre and post education in primary operation intervention. Patien injured with pain, itching, burning sensation, bleeding, and iron deficiency anemia and created nursing diagnoses such as acute pain, activity intolerance, constipation and laksative abuse made severe constipation. The education due to complication effectness can change patient behavior. Familly were very important in developing health behavior consumming vegetable. It is recommended to every educator to emphasize the hemorrhoid complication. External or internal hemorrhoidial should be checked as soon as posible at healh center.;
