"One of the important -features. of the 'Arab-Indonesians in Indonesian history is that the Arab-Indonesians have been assimilated themselves into indigineous people. Except in very limited cases, it is very difficult for anybody to distinguish Arab-Indonesians from other Indonesians. Most people consider this assimilation is due to Islam, the religion of all Arab-Indonesians and the religion of the majority of Indonesians. Few people consider it due to the high rate of intermarriage between the Arab-Indonesians and Indonesians. Arab-Indonesians call Indonesians as akhwal, "brothers of their mothers". In addition to the two matters above, this writing tries to present another important matter, that is the role of the Arab-Indonesians in the struggle of Indonesian independence movement. Almost all Arab-Indonesians were on the Indonesians' side against the Dutch, and to some extent Arab-Indonesians had received similar treatment as their brothers, the Indonesians, during the: Dutch colonial period. The first modern movement of Arab-Indonesians, Jamiat Khair, has paid intensive attention to Indonesians. The Jamiat Khair not only receives Indonesians as its members,- such as KHA Dahlan, the founder of Muhammadiyah, but also accepts Indonesian children to its schools. Many Indonesian children have been and are still educated there. These all can also be seen in the other Arab-Indonesian organizations, such as al Irsyad and al Chairaat. Some Arab--Indonesian leaders have great influence on the Indonesians and their leaders. Syekh Ahmad Surkati, the spiritual leader of al Irsyad, for example, was at once KHA Dahlan's closest friend and teacher. He was also the teacher of many Indonesian leaders such as Moh. Roem, M. Rasjidi, Junus Anies, Kasman, Natsir, A. Hassan, and Hail Zamzam, one of the founders of Fersis, Persatuan Islam. Unfortunately, there has been constant dispute among the Arab-Indonesians themselves until the foundation of PAI, Partai Arab Indonesia, by Baswedan and other muwalads, the mixed and local born Arab-Indonesians. Despite their claim that Indonesia is their only mother country, and they struggled, on the side of'Indonesians against the Dutch, all non-Islamic organizations, except Gerindo, refused to accept Arab---Indonesians as their members. After the declaration of Indonesian Independence, however, all Arab-Indonesians became Indonesian citizens. They hand in hand with the Indonesians defended the Republic of Indonesia against the Dutch and their colaborators. Many Arab--Indonesians not only became members but also leaders of both Islamic and non-Islamic organizations, such as PSI, Partai Socialis Indonesia, and PNI, Partai Nasional Indonesia."

"Latar Belakang : Implantasi Alat Pacu Jantung Permanen APJP terusmengalami peningkatan. Kejadian Fibrilasi Atrium FA pada pasien pascapemasangan APJP dengan pemacuan dasar ventrikel dikarenakan adanyadisfungsi diastolik ventrikel kanan yang diikuti oleh disfungsi diastolik ventrikelkiri dan disinkroni ventrikel karena adanya Blok Berkas Cabang Kiri BBCKi .Kedua hal ini akan mengakibatkan peningkatan tekanan diastolik ventrikel kiridiikuti dengan gangguan pada atrium kiri dan timbul FA. Banyak prediktor yangdapat digunakan untuk menilai kejadian FA namun belum ada penelitian yangmenghubungkan pemeriksaan Elektrokardiogram EKG 12 sadapan yaitu denganinterval QT corrected QTc pacu menggunakan rumus Framingham dengankejadian FA pada pasien dengan APJP.
Tujuan : Mengetahui hubungan interval QTc pacu dengan kejadian FA danmenentukan nilai potong dari interval QTc pacu.
Metode : Penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus kontrol. Penelitian dilakukan diRumah Sakit Jantung dan Pembuluh Darah Harapan Kita RSJPDHK padasubyek yang menjalani pemasangan APJP pemacuan dasar ventrikel pada Januari2013 hingga Agustus 2014. Dilakukan perhitungan interval QTc pacumenggunakan rumus Framingham pada EKG 12 sadapan yang dilakukan satubulan setelah implantasi APJP.
Hasil Penelitian : Terdapat 75 subyek yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dimana 15subjek mengalami FA 20 . Interval QTc pacu menggunakan rumusFramingham berkorelasi baik dengan kejadian FA. Nilai potong dari interval QTcpacu yang didapat adalah ge; 451,5 mdet, dimana nilai potong ini mempunyai risiko4,3 kali lipat kejadian FA.
Kesimpulan : Interval QTc pacu menggunakan rumus Framingham dapatdigunakan sebagai prediktor kejadian FA pada pasien yang menggunakan APJPdengan pemacuan dasar ventrikel.

Background : Implantation of Permanent Pacemaker PPM increasing in the lastdecades. Atrial fibrillation AF in patient using PPM with right ventricular basepacing developed because of the diastolic dysfunction of the right ventricle thatimpact the left ventricle and also ventricular dissynchrony in left ventricle due toLeft Bundle Branch Block LBBB . This abnormalities will impact to the leftatrial and induced atrial fibrillation. There are many predictors for AF but wehaven't found any study that correlate paced QT corrected paced QTc usingFramingham formula with the the risk of AF in patients implanted doublechamber or single chamber PPM under ventricular based pacing.
Aim : To determine the correlation between paced QTc with AF in patientimplanted PPM and determine cutoff value.
Methods : This is a case control study that was conducted in NationalCardiovascular Centre Harapan Kita Hospital Jakarta with subjeks implantedPPM using double chamber or single chamber with ventricular based pacing fromJanuary 2013 until August 2014. The calculation of Paced QTc using framinghammethod.
Results : There are total 75 subyek in this study, 15 subject developed AF 20 .The Paced QTc using Framingham method was correlated well with AF. Thecutoff value of Paced QTc was ge 451.5 msec and the risk to develop AF was 4.3times.
Conclusion : Paced QTc can be used as a predictor of AF in patient with doublechamber or single chamber PPM with ventricular based pacing.

"ABSTRAK
Dalam studi ini, penelitian mengenai penggunaan metode External Magnetic Field - Tungsten Inert Gas pada aplikasi sambungan tumpul dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari pemampatan busur las terhadap kualitas hasil sambungan tumpul pelat tipis SS 304. Proses pengelasan ini dilakukan tanpa menggunakan logam pengisi tambahan autogenous weld . Pada penelitian ini medan magnet luar ditimbulkan dengan meletakkan solenoid magnetik di sekeliling obor las TIG. Pengaktifkan medan elektromagnetik ini dilakukan secara dinamis dengan menggunakan mikrokontroler. Parameter pengelasan yang digunakan yaitu arus pengelasan 100; 105; 110 A dan kecepatan pengelasan 1,6; 1,8; 2,05 mm/s. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelasan EMF-TIG dapat menghasilkan lebar manik yang lebih seragam di sepanjang jalur las dengan standar deviasi sebesar 0,08 dibandingkan dengan las TIG konvensional sebesar 0,12. Peningkatan kecepatan las sebesar 2,05 mm/s menyebabkan tidak berpengaruhnya penambahan medan magnet luar terhadap lebar manik las. Parameter arus 105 A dengan kecepatan 1,6; 1,8; 2,05 mm/s menghasilkan pemampatan lebar manik atas berturut- turut sebesar 0,87; 0,61; 0,1 mm. Parameter pengelasan dengan arus 105 A dan kecepatan las 1,6 mm/s memiliki efek pemampatan manik atas yang lebih besar yaitu sebesar 0,84 mm dibandingkan arus 110 A yaitu 0,38 mm.

ABSTRACT
In this study, research on the use of External Magnetic Field method Tungsten Inert Gas in butt joint applications was done to determine the effect of welding arc compression on the quality of butt joint of SS 304 thin plate. The welding process was performed without using autogenous welds. In this study an external magnetic field was generated by placing a magnetic solenoid around the TIG welding torch. Enabling this electromagnetic field is done dynamically using a microcontroller. Welding parameters used are welding current 100 105 110 A and welding speed 1.6 1.8 2.05 mm s. The results of this study showed that EMF TIG welding can produce a more uniform bead width along the weld line with a standard deviation of 0.08 compared with conventional TIG welding of 0.12. Increased welding speed of 2.05 mm s causes no effect on the addition of an external magnetic field to the width of the weld bead. The current parameters are 105 A with a speed of 1.6 1.8 2.05 mm s resulted in compression of the top bead width by 0.87 0.61 0.1 mm. The welding parameters with a current of 105 A and welding speed of 1.6 mm s have a larger upper bead compression effect of 0.84 mm compared to 110 A currents of 0.38 mm."
