Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli sampai September tahun 2016. Pelaksanaan praktek kerja profesi ini bertujuan untuk memahami peran serta tanggung jawab Apoteker di industri farmasi dan dalam proses pengembangan produk, khususnya di Departemen Business Development PT. Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories. Proses pengembangan produk obat dan regulasi obat di industri farmasi harus sesuai dengan aturan pemerintah Indonesia. Tugas khusus diberikan berjudul penyusunan dokumen registrasi nonklinik dan klinik larutan injeksi magnesium sulfat sesuai kriteria dan tatalaksana registrasi obat oleh Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan BPOM . Tujuan penyusunan tugas khusus adalah untuk mengetahui tujuan dilakukan penyusunan dokumen klinik dan nonklinik serta memahami prosedur penyusunan dokumen klinik dan nonklinik injeksi magnesium sulfat sesuai dengan Kriteria dan Tatalaksana Registrasi Obat oleh BPOM.

ABSTRACT
Pharmacists profession internship at PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories was held on July to September 2016. Implementation of this internship aimed to understand the role and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry and the development of medicinal products, especially in Department of Business Development, PT. Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories. The process of development of medicinal products in the pharmaceutical industry must be in accordance with the rules of the Indonesian government. Special task given to support the internship activities was entitled Preparation of Non Clinical and Clinical Registration Documents of Magnesium Sulfate Injection according to the drug registration criteria and procedure by drug and food supervisory agency BPOM . The purpose of the special task are to understand the purpose of composing clinic and nonclinical documents, as well as understand the procedure of clinical and nonclinical documents arrangement of magnesium sulfate injection in accordance with BPOM drug registration criteria and procedure.

Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur bertujuan untuk memahami peran, tugas dan tanggung jawab Apoteker di Suku Dinas Kesehatan, khususnya di Seksi Sumber Daya Kesehatan, memiliki pengetahuan tentang tugas pokok dan fungsi Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur di bidang farmasi, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan dan pengalaman praktis terkait pekerjaan kefarmasian di pemerintahan serta mengetahui gambaran nyata permasalahan kefarmasian di instansi pemerintah. Praktek kerja profesi dilaksanakan selama 3 minggu dengan pengerjaan tugas khusus berupa rekapitulasi dan pemutakhiran data perizinan tenaga kefarmasian SIPA dan SIKTTK dan sarana Apotek, Apotek Rakyat serta Toko Obat di wilayah Jakarta Timur sampai dengan Oktober 2016. Tujuan pemutakhiran data tersebut untuk mengetahui total perizinan dan jumlah perizinan terbanyak di wilayah Jakarta Timur. ...... Internship for Profession of Apothecary at Suku Dinas Kesehatan, City Administration of East Jakarta has aims to understand the role and responsibilities of pharmacists in the Suku Dinas Kesehatan, especially in Seksi Sumber Daya Kesehetan, understand the main tasks and functions of Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur in pharmaceutical fields, have insight, knowledge, skill, and practical experience of pharmaceutical jobs in government, as well as have a real picture for the issues related to pharmacy. Internship was held for 3 weeks with a special task recapitulation and updating data of pharmacy personnel SIPA and SIKTTK and facilities Pharmacy, Apotek Rakyat, and Drug Store licenses in East Jakarta until October 2016. The purpose of the data licenses updating are to determine the total number and the highest number of pharmacy personnel and facilities licenses in East Jakarta.

Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Kimia Farma No.202 Kejayaan Depok bertujuan untuk menerapkan tugas dan tanggung jawab Apoteker dalam pengelolaan apotek, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan praktek kefarmasian di Apotek, serta memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktek kefarmasian. Pengelolaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan, dan bahan medis habis pakai di Apotek Kimia Farma 202 Depok sudah berjalan baik sesuai ketentuan perundangan. Pelayanan farmasi klinik yang dilakukan di Apotek Kimia Farma 202 Depok meliputi pengkajian resep, dispensing, PIO, konseling, dan home pharmacy care. Tugas khusus berupa analisis resep Tuberkulosis pengobatan fase lanjutan pada pasien dewasa. Tujuan tugas khusus tersebut untuk memahami talaksana pengobatan Tuberkulosis, melakukan kajian resep sesuai dengan kelengkapan administratif, kesesuaian farmasetik, dan pertimbangan klinis serta melihat ketepatan pengobatan dalam resep pasien.

ABSTRACT
Internship Profession of Apothecary at Apotek Kimia Farma No. 202 Depok has aims to implement the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in management of pharmacy, have insight, knowledge, skills, and practical experience of pharmacy to carry out the practice of pharmacy in drugstore, as well as figuring out a real picture about the problems of pharmacy practice. Managerial management encompass the management of pharmaceutical preparations, medical devices, and medical consumable materials in Apotek Kimia Farma 202 Depok has been running well in accordance with Indonesia regulations. Pharmaceutical care conducted in Apotek Kimia Farma 202 Depok involving prescription assessment, dispensing, drug information service or PIO, counseling, and home pharmacy care. Special task given in the form of Tuberculosis prescription analysis at continuation phase in adult patient. The aims of this special task are to understand Tuberculosis treatment guidelines, conduct prescribe analysis in accordance with administrative completeness, pharmaceutical suitability, and clinical judgment, as well as determined the accuracy of prescribed medication in patient.
