ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji Faktor-Faktor yang memengaruhi efektifitas DPPKA (Dinas Pendapatan dan Pengelolaan Keuangan Aset) dalam Pencapaian Target Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) pada lingkup Pajak Daerah Kota Depok dengan menggunakan teori 7S David McKinsey (Systems, Strategy, Structure, Style, Skills, Staff, dan Shared Values). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode positivist, hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa Strategy, Style, Skills, dan Shared Values memberikan hasil yang efektif sedangkan Staff, Systems dan Structure memberikan hasil yang kurang efektif.
ABSTRACTThis Study was conducted to examine the factors that influence the effectiveness DPPKA (Department of Revenue Financial management of assets) in target achievement Depok city local tax by using the theory of David McKinsey 7S (Systems, Strategy, Structure, Style, Skills, Staff, and Shared Values). This research is positivist method, the result of study concluded that the Strategy, Style, Skills, and Shared Values deliver effective results while the Staff, Systems, and Structure provide less effective result."
