"Penelitian ini membahas mengenai strategi bauran pemasaran koleksi digital terbitan Harian Kompas yang terdiri dari buku digital, surat kabar atau koran digital, dan informasi berita harian digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bauran pemasaran koleksi digital pada aplikasi Kompas.id dan memahami nilai tambah yang menjadi pembeda antara koleksi digital berbayar pada aplikasi Kompas.id dengan koleksi digital yang dapat diakses secara gratis. Penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aspek produk dan nilai fungsional adalah aspek yang paling mendominasi. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan koleksi digital pada aplikasi Kompas.id yang dirancang lengkap dan mendalam, serta memprioritaskan kenyamanan visibilitas, kemudahan akses, dan kemudahan pelanggan dalam memahami informasi. Namun, perizinan terhadap fitur push notification perlu diciptakan pada aplikasi Kompas.id untuk menyesuaikan preferensi pelanggan dalam menerima informasi terbaru.

This research discusses the marketing mix strategy for digital collections published by Harian Kompas which consist of digital books, digital newspaper, and digital daily news information. This research aims to analyze the marketing of the digital collections on the Kompas.id application and understand the added value that differentiates Kompas.id digital collections and other digital collections. This research adopts a qualitative approach with a case study method. The results of this study show that the product aspect and functional value are the most dominant aspects. This is showed by the digital collection on the Kompas.id application which is designed to be complete and in-depth, and prioritizes the convenience of visibility, ease of access, and ease of customers in understanding information. However, permission for the push notification feature needs to be created in the Kompas.id application to adjust customer preferences in receiving the latest information."
