"Trans-Resveratrol merupakan polifenol golongan stilbenoid yang memiliki berbagai aktivitas farmokologis. Salah satu genus Gnetaceae, yaitu Gnetum gnemon, diketahui mengandung trans-resveratrol dalam jumlah banyak, terutama pada bagian bijinya. Untuk memperoleh trans-resveratrol dari biji Gnetum gnemon tersebut secara optimum perlu dilakukan ekstraksi dengan metode yang sesuai. Metode ekstraksi berbantu gelombang mikro MAE berbasis pelarut ionic liquid dipilih pada penelitian ini, karena lebih ramah lingkungan, waktu ekstraksinya yang singkat, dan hemat pelarut dibandingkan dengan metode ekstraksi konvensional.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan kondisi optimum MAE yang menggunakan ionic liquid dalam memperoleh kadar resveratrol dari biji Gnetum gnemon memanfaatkan Response Surface Methodology RSM. Faktor yang diuji berupa konsentrasi pelarut, rasio pelarut terhadap simplisia, dan waktu ekstraksi.Metode penelitiannya meliputi pembuatan desain eksperimen, persiapan sampel, ekstraksi dengan MAE, penetuan kadar fenolik total, penentuan kadar resveratrol menggunakan KCKT detektor UV/Vis, dan analisis data menggunakan RSM.Hasil percobaan, kondisi optimum diperoleh dengan faktor konsentrasi pelarut 1,5 M; rasio pelarut terhadap sampel 23:1; dan waktu ekstraksi 12,5 menit. Rentang kadar fenolik total yang didapat dari 17 kali ekstraksi, yaitu 0,4546 - 1,9562 mgEAG/g simplisia.

Trans Resveratrol is a polyphenol group of stilbenoid that has various pharmacological activities. One of genus Gnetaceae, Gnetum gnemon Linn, was investigated that contain large amounts of resveratrol, especially in their seeds. To obtain trans resveratrol from Gnetum gnemon seeds optimally should be investigated the appropriate extraction method. Ionic liquid based Microwave Assisted Extraction MAE was chosen because of its environmentally friendly, brief extraction time, and saving solvent compared with conventional extraction methods.The purpose of this research is to determine the optimum condition of IL based MAE to obtain resveratrol from Gnetum gnemon seeds using Response Surface Methodology RSM . The factors which investigated in this experiment were solvent concentration, liquid solid ratio, and time of extraction.The research methods included experiment design, samples preparation, extraction using MAE, determination of total phenolic content, determination of trans resveratrol content using HPLC UV Vis detector, and data analysis by Response Surface Methodology RSM.The analysis result of optimum condition was the condition with solvent concentration 1,5 M liquid solid ratio 23 1 sample and extraction time 12.5 minutes. The content of total phenolic compound from 17 runs of extraction, was 0.4546 1.9562 mgGAE g melinjo seeds powder."

I, Gandaria Utara, Jakarta Selatan selama Periode Bulan Februari Tahun 2018 bertujuan untuk memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam pengelolaan apotek, serta melakukan praktik pelayanan kefarmasian sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan dan etika yang berlaku, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan praktik kefarmasian di apotek, memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktik kefarmasian serta mempelajari strategi dan kegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka pengembangan praktik kefarmasian. Praktik kerja profesi ini dilaksanakan selama empat minggu dengan tugas khusus yaitu ldquo;Standar Prosedur Operasional Praktik SPO Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Rumah Home Pharmacy Care untuk Apotek rdquo;. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah untuk membuat rancangan SPO Home Pharmacy Care sesuai standar dan pedoman yang berlaku serta memahami peran Apoteker dalam pembuatan SPO secara umum dan SPO Home Pharmacy Care secara khusus di Apotek Hidup Baru.
