Penggusuran yang terjadi dimanapun jarang sekali yang memihak pada kepentingan masyarakat. Pelibatan polisi dalam penggusuran memang sering terjadi. Penelitian ini membahas tentang faktor faktor yang mempengaruhi aparat brimob melakukan penggusuran kios kios pedagang di Stasiun Lenteng Agung. Teori yang digunakan untuk membantu menjelaskan kasus tersebut adalah teori komponen sistem hukum oleh Lawrence M Friedman. Metode penelitian adalah kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif-eksplanatif. Teknik penggumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan informan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini memperlihatkan bagaimana faktor faktor yang mempengaruhi keterlibatan polisi dalam penggusuran kios kios pedagang di stasiun Lenteng Agung dipengaruhi oleh Faktor Internal (Stuktural, Kultural dan Substantif) dan Eksternal ......When the eviction is happening wherever the siding is rarely on the interests of the community.
