Tuberculosis was still a global health problem. Beside lung, tuberculosis also manifest in other organs, one among them  is in abdominal organs. Abdominal tuberculosis was a complex disease with unspecific sign and symptoms so that its diagnostic procedure was not rarely inconclusive. We reported a 24 years old woman with chief complain of worsening abdominal pain in all region, accompanied by nausea, vomiting, bloating, and  absent bowel movement. She also had a fresh bloody stool. She had an active pulmonary tuberculosis on initiation phase treatment. Physical examination suggest a bowel obstruction sign with distended abdomen and increase bowel sound. Colonoscopy procedure findings was a mass that obstruct bowel lumen in ileocaecal region, suggest for malignancy similar to computerized tomography (CT) scan result, but pathlogic result showed an active colitis without any sign of malignancy. Because of its contradiction, the second colonoscopy was performed and concluded as intestinal tuberculosis, matched with second pathologic examination. Although polymerase chain reaction (PCR) tuberculosis (TB) showed a negative result, a further clinical judgement concluded this as an intestinal tuberculosis case. Patient was finally treated as intestinal tuberculosis with first-line antituberculosis drugs and planned to have colonoscopy evaluation. After general condition was good and obstructive ileus sign was relieved, patient planned for outpatient care."

"Unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) di Indonesia lebih dikenal sebagai Pesawat Udara Nir Awak (PUNA). Biasanya dioperasikan untuk misi pengintaian, pemantauan atau pengamatan dari udara. Wahana PUNA mempunyai konstruksi yang ringan sehingga mudah untuk melakukan manuver terbang dan cocok untuk semua kondisi. Jenis PUNA yang dikembangkan oleh Badan Pengkajian dan Penerapan Teknologi (BPPT) adalah Wulung, Gagak, Pelatuk, Alap-Alap dan Sriti.
Data link dari pemantauan udara diperlukan komponen pendukung transmitter yang dipasang di pesawat yaitu antena. Antena harus berukuran kecil dan ringan dikarenakan keterbatasan kapasitas dari payload PUNA. Saat ini PUNA menggunakan antena dipole yang masih memiliki beberapa kelemahan, termasuk kerentanan terhadap gesekan angin (drag effect). Oleh karena itu digunakan antena mikrostrip untuk meningkatkan kinerja transmisi sinyal dari PUNA ke Ground Control Station (GCS). Antena mikrostrip dipilih karena memiliki hambatan gesekan yang rendah, ringan, mudah untuk dipabrikasi dan biaya murah.
Penempatan antena harus diperhatikan untuk memastikan transmisi yang baik. Dalam penelitian ini, antena mikrostrip bekerja di frekuensi 2,35 GHz untuk aplikasi video yang ditempatkan di dalam badan pesawat (fuselage). Simulasi co-site interference dilakukan pada frekuensi kerja data link di 900 MHz dengan penempatan antena data link di permukaan atas (canopy) PUNA.
Hasil pengukuran di ruang anechoic chamber, antena mikrostrip di dalam badan pesawat (fuselage) mampu bekerja pada frekuensi 2,35 GHz dengan bandwidth 60 MHz, rentang frekuensi dari 2,31 GHz sampai dengan 2,37 GHz. Hasil pengukuran return loss pada frekuensi 2,35 GHz adalah -23,85 dB dan gain antena sebesar 3,81 dBi.

Unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) in Indonesia is commonly known as Pesawat Udara Nir Awak (PUNA). PUNA is usually operated for reconnaissance missions such as intelligence, monitoring or observation from the air. PUNA platform has a light weight construction so it will be easy to perform maneuver and suitable for all kinds of conditions. Many types of PUNA has been developed by Agency for the Assessment and Application of Technology (BPPT) such as Wulung, Gagak, Pelatuk, Alap-Alap and Sriti.
Data link from aerial observation, required transmitter mounted on the aircraft and components of the constituent is antenna. Antenna must have a small size and light in weight, because the limitation due to the payload capacity. Currently used in the PUNA, is a dipole antenna which still has some weakness, including its susceptibility to the wind (drag effect). So, designing a microstrip antenna will improve the signal transmission performance from PUNA to Ground Control Station (GCS). The microstrip antenna is chosen because this type of antenna has low profile drag, light weight, easy for fabrication and of course low cost. After an antenna design optimization, the antenna placement should be noted to ensure a good transmission.
In this research, the microstrip antenna will be operated at 2.35 GHz for video monitoring and the antenna itself will be placed inside the fuselage. Simulated co-site interference will be performed at the operational frequency of data link antenna, which is 900 MHz, with the placement in the upper surface (canopy) of the PUNA.
The measurements in the anechoic chamber, showed that the internal fuselage microstrip antenna worked at the frequency of 2.35 GHz with a bandwidth 60 MHz (2.31 GHz up to 2.37 GHz), while the return loss measured at 2.35 GHz is -23.85 dB and the gain of antenna is 3.81 dBi."

"Latar Belakang. Tatalaksana tuberkulosis paru pada pasien dengan komorbid diabetes melitus (TB-DM) masih menjadi masalah karena jumlah kasus yang meningkat, luaran buruk, dan kegagalan terapi yang tinggi. Di Indonesia belum banyak studi yang menampilkan luaran terapi dan karakteristik subjek yang mengalami luaran buruk terapi. Tujuan. Mengetahui karakteristik pasien yang berobat, luaran terapi TB-DM, dan profil pasien yang mengalami luaran buruk terapi TB-DM. Metode. Desain penelitian kohort retrospektif pada pasien TB-DM yang berobat di Rumah Sakit Cipto Mangunkusumo sejak Januari 2013 hingga Desember 2018. Luaran buruk berdasarkan program DOTS TB yaitu pasien yang mengalami gagal terapi, meninggal, putus berobat dan pasien pindah yang tidak melanjutkan terapi. Hasil. Penelitian melibatkan 141 subjek dengan median usia subjek 57 tahun (rentang 28-79 tahun), dan 56,03% subjek berjenis kelamin laki-laki. TB paru relaps pada 24,11% subjek. Hasil pengobatan TB-DM yaitu sembuh (1,42%), pengobatan lengkap (51,77%), putus berobat/loss to follow up (31,91%), tidak dievaluasi (14%), dan meninggal (7%). Proporsi luaran buruk terapi TB-DM didapatkan 46,81%, dengan profil subjek mayoritas laki-laki, menikah, pasien yang bekerja, perokok aktif, TB relaps, adherensi kurang, terdiagnosis DM sebelumnya, IMT underweight dan normoweight, terdapat penurunan laju filtrasi glomerulus (<60 ml/mnt/1,73m), mendapat terapi awal DM berbasis insulin, dan kontrol DM yang belum baik. Kesimpulan. Proporsi luaran buruk terapi TB-DM didapatkan 46,81% dengan komposisi putus pengobatan yang paling banyak pada kelompok luaran buruk (31,91%).

Background. The treatment of lung tuberculosis in patient with diabetes mellitus comorbidity is still a major problem because of high incidence rate, unfavourable outcome and failure. In Indonesia, there is no specific study about outcome, characteristics and profile patient with this unfavourable outcome. Objectives. To identify the treatment outcome, patient characteristic and patient profile for unfavourable outcome. Methods. This is a retrospective cohort study, analyzing medical record of lung tuberculosis patient with diabetes mellitus comorbidity that treated in Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital from January 2013 to December 2018. Unfavourable outcome as defined by TB-DOTS national program consist of subject with failure to treat, death, loss to follow up and transferred out without known of final results. Result. A total of 141 subject enrolled in this study, with median age of subject was 57 years (range 28 to79 years) and majority subject is male (56.03%), Tb relapse found in 24.11% subject. Outcome of Tb treatment based on National Program was treatment complete in 51.77%, Cure in 1.42%, loss to follow up in 31.91%, transferred out in 14%, and died in 7% subjects. Unfavourable outcome found in 46.81% subject, with majority found in male subject, married, working subject, actively smoking, subject with previous TB treatment, non-adherence, previously known diabetes, underweight or normoweight subject, reduce eGFR below 60 ml/min/1.73m2, subject with insulin therapy on intensive phase, and poorly controlled diabetes. Conclusion. Unfavourable outcome found in 46,81% subject, with loss to follow up was the highest composition (31.91%)"

"Automatic Modulation Classification (AMC) secara otomatis mengidentifikasi jenis modulasi apa yang digunakan pada pemancar berdasarkan pengamatan terhadap sinyal yang diterima. Seiring dengan perkembangan pada topik ini, Deep Learning (DL) dapat diterapkan pada AMC dan memiliki kinerja yang menjanjikan. Namun, sebagian besar model DL yang dibuat hanya berfokus pada akurasi, mengabaikan ukuran model dan kompleksitas komputasi yang dapat menjadi masalah bagi perangkat dengan ukuran memori dan daya komputasi yang terbatas. Dalam penelitian ini, model Convolutional Long short-term memory Deep Neural Network (CLDNN) ringan diusulkan untuk mengklasifikasi modulasi. Model yang diusulkan dilatih dan diuji dengan dataset RML2016.10b. Model yang diusulkan memiliki ukuran model dan jumlah parameter yang lebih kecil, serta waktu pelatihan dan klasifikasi yang lebih cepat, relatif terhadap model pembanding, dengan tetap menjaga kualitas akurasinya.

Automatic Modulation Classification (AMC) automatically identifies what type of modulation is used on the transmitter based on observations of the received signal. Along with the development on this topic, Deep Learning (DL) can be applied to AMC and has promising performance. However, most of the DL models created only focus on accuracy, ignoring the model size and computational complexity which can be a problem for devices with limited memory size and computing power. In this study, a lightweight Convolutional Long short-term memory Deep Neural Network (CLDNN) model was proposed to classify modulation. The proposed model was trained and tested with the RML2016.10b dataset. The proposed model has a small model size and parameters, as well as fast training and classification time, relative to the comparison models, while maintaining the quality of its accuracy.
