Pengukuran dan penilaian kinerja inovasi merupakan hal yang abstrak karena tidak dapat ditentukan outputnya. Menurut beberapa ahli, untuk menilai kinerja inovasi harus merumuskan terlebih dahulu tujuan dari inovasi itu sendiri. Penelitian ini ingin meneliti faktor ndash; faktor inovasi apa saja yang ada di universitas dan menilai kinerja inovasi faktor tersebut di Universitas Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Analytic Network Process ANP untuk mengetahui bobot kepentingan setiap faktor dan menggunakan pendapat dari expert dengan menggunakan metode rating scale sebagai penilaian kinerja inovasi di Universitas Indonesia. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, dihasilkan lime kriteria dengan 8 subkriteria yang akan dijadikan faktor inovasi pada universitas, selain itu dihasilkan juga rekomendasi faktor inovasi apa yang harus ditingkatkan di Universitas Indonesia. Kriteria terpenting adalah inovasi dalam teknologi dengan bobot 26 . Dan penilaian untuk faktor ini sudah cukup tinggi. Faktor yang menjadi rekomendasi adalah faktor kerjasama riset dengan industry karena nilai untuk faktor ini sangat rendah sementara bobot kepentingan faktor ini cukup tinggi.

ABSTRACT
Measurement and assessment of innovation performance is abstract because the output can not be determined. According to some experts, to assess the performance of innovation, it must be formulated the purpose of the innovation itself. In this study, the authors want to examine number of innovation factors in universities and assess the performance of innovation factors in University of Indonesia. This study uses the Analytic Network Process ANP method to determine the importance weight of each factor and the interrelation among the factors, then use the expert opinion by using the rating scale as the assessment of innovation performance in University of Indonesia. Based on this study, there are five criteria with 8 sub criteria that will be used as innovation factors in universities, in addition to that there will be also some recommendations on what innovation factors that must be improved at University of Indonesia. The most important criterion is the innovation in technology with weighs of twenty six percent. And the assessment of this factor is quite high. The recommendation factor for University of Indonesia is a research collaboration with industry since the value of this factor is very low while the importance of this factor is significant.
