Perkembangan kota Jakarta yang pesat pada masa itu telah menimbulkan permasalahan perkotaan salah satunya adalah kemacetan yang banyak merugikan masyarakat. Jalan Tol Lingkar Dalam Jakarta menjadi suatu solusi alternatif untuk mengatasi kemacetan dan melancarkan arus barang dan jasa di kota Jakarta. Walaupun begitu, pembangunan jalan tol lingkar dalam Jakarta belum mampu untuk mengatasi masalah kemacetan lalu lintas. Masyarakat juga memberikan respon yang kurang mendukung terhadap penerapan tarif jalan Tol Lingkar Dalam Jakarta.;This thesis thoroughly discussing about Jakarta Inner Ring Road policy as an impact to Indonesian economic emergence in New Order regime. Jakarta's rapid development that time was occurred urban problems, one of them was the city traffic that brings economic loss to the society. Jakarta Inner Ring Road became government alternative solution for overcoming the traffic and expediting the goods and services flow in Jakarta. The fact is toll road is not capable to solve traffic problem in Jakarta city and society also give negative responses to the tariff of toll road., This thesis thoroughly discussing about Jakarta Inner Ring Road policy as an impact to Indonesian economic emergence in New Order regime.
