"Apotek berkembang secara dinamis, sejalan dengan pesatnya pertumbuhan industri farmasi Indonesia. Transformasi saat ini memberikan pengaruh besar pada persaingan, mencakup aspek sosial ekonomi, serta kemajuan dalam sains dan teknologi, persaingan pasar, dan ranah Sumber Daya Manusia. Pada penelitian ini mencoba menganalisis variabel-variabel yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja Perusahaan. Dalam penelitian ini akan melihat pengaruh Leadership Style Terhadap Behavioral Integration, Speed of Decision Making dan Pengaruhnya Terhadap Firm Performance pada Apotek X. Penelitian ini akan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan Partial Least Square (PLS). Penelitian ini menggunakan data dari 102 cabang Apotek X se Indonesia. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pada lingkup apotek gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap integrasi perilaku dan kecepatan pengambilan keputusan. Serta kecepatan pengambilan keputusan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan

Pharmacies are developing dynamically, in line with the rapid growth of the Indonesian pharmaceutical industry. The current transformation has a major influence on competition, covering socio-economic aspects, as well as advances in science and technology, market competition and the realm of human resources. In this research, we try to analyse the variables that can influence the firm performance. This research analyses the influence of Leadership Style on Behavioral Integration, Speed of Decision Making and its Influence on Firm Performance at Pharmacy X. This research will use the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) method with Partial Least Square (PLS). This research uses data from 102 Pharmacy X branches throughout Indonesia. The results of this research show that in the pharmacy sector, leadership style has a positive effect on behavioral integration and speed of decision making. And the speed of decision making has a positive effect on firm performance."
