[Kekerasan Seksual Dalam Rumah Tangga bukanlah hal yang baru, dengan diaturnya tindak pidana kekerasan seksual sebagai salah satu bentuk Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga dalam Undang Undang Pemberantasan Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga, membawa harapan bagi masyarakat Indonesia untuk dapat mengatasi kekerasan seksual dalam rumah tangga.
