[Tesis ini membahas mengenai program hibah BEC-TF (Basic Education Capacity Trust Fund) di Indonesia. Pemberian bantuan luar negeri selalu terkait dengan motif negara donor dan negara resipien. Penelitian ini menginvestigasi motif Pemerintah Belanda dalam pemberian hibah BEC-TF ke Indonesia yang dirumuskan dalam motif politik dan ekonomi. Motif Politik pemberian BEC-TF terkait dengan upaya Pemerintah Belanda dalam mengurangi radikalisasi dan isu Islamophobia yang terjadi di Belanda. Motif ekonomi terkait dengan perluasan pasar Belanda di bidang jasa, dan pembentukan iklim yang kondusif bagi perusahaan Belanda;This study discussed the BEC-TF (Basic Education Capacity Trust Fund) grant program in Indonesia. The provision of foreign aid is necessarily associated with the motives of donor and recipient countries. This research investigate the motives of Netherlands government in the provision of BEC-TF grants to Indonesia, which was formulated in political and economic motives. Political motives of BEC-TF program associated with the government of Netherlands attempt to counter radicalization and Islamophobic issues that occur in the Netherlands.
