Abstrak :
Penelitian ini membahas peran komunikasi internal organisasi Mahkamah Konstitusi Republik Indonesia (MKRI) dalam mewujudkan lembaga peradilan yang Court Excellence. Penelitian kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif ini dilakukan melalui wawancara informan internal dan eksternal. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa iklim komunikasi organisasi di MKRI cenderung suportif. Sementara temuan minor kepuasan komunikasi organisasi muncul pada isu pemerataan kesempatan menduduki jabatan tertentu serta pemanfaatan teknologi informasi pada saluran komunikasi internal MKRI. Variabel Komunikasi yang kecenderungannya suportif ini merupakan perwujudan Court Excellence.

This research explains the role of internal organization communication in the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Indonesia (Mahkamah Konstitusi Republik Indonesia - MKRI) to achieve a court excellence in judiciary institution. This qualitative research with descriptive design was collected through interviews with internal and external informant. The result shows that organizational communication climate in MKRI nearest to supportive. Whereas there is a minor result that shows in the satisfaction level for organizational communication especially in the distribution of opportunity for certain position and the use of information technology within internal MKRI. A tendency of supportive communication variable is a manifestation of court excellence.
