ABSTRAK
Ketoprofen merupakan obat kelompok BCS kelas II yang mempunyai kelarutan rendah sehingga disolusi menjadi tahap penentu laju absorbsi obat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh hidroksipropil β-siklodekstrin terhadap laju disolusi ketoprofen pada kompleks inklusi. Kompleks inklusi ketoprofen-hidroksipropil β-siklodekstrin dibuat dengan perbandingan molar 1:1 dan 1:2 menggunakan metode semprot kering. Kompleks inklusi dikarakterisasi dengan uji disolusi, fourier transform infrared (FTIR), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) dan X-ray powder diffractometry (XRPD). Hasil uji disolusi kompleks inklusi perbandingan molar 1:1 dan 1:2 dapat meningkatkan laju disolusi ketoprofen dalam medium aquadest dan dapar fosfat 0,05 M pH 7,5. Hasil karakterisasi FTIR, DSC, dan XRPD menunjukkan terjadinya pembentukan kompleks inklusi. Hasil uji DSC menunjukkan hilangnya puncak peleburan dan penurunan panas peleburan. Sedangkan hasil uji XRPD menunjukkan adanya penurunan derajat kristalinitas dan ukuran kristalit. Peningkatan laju disolusi dalam medium aquadest mencapai 1,58 kali dan 1,61 kali pada kompleks inklusi perbandingan molar 1:1 dan 1:2. Sedangkan peningkatan laju disolusi dalam medium dapar fosfat 0,05 M pH 7,5 mencapai 1,16 kali dan 1,21 kali pada kompleks inklusi dengan perbandingan molar 1:1 dan 1:2.

ABSTRACT
Ketoprofen is a BCS class II drug with low solubility with the result that dissolution becomes rate limiting step of drug absorption rate. This study is aimed to determine the effect of hydroxypropyl β-cyclodextrin toward dissolution rate of ketoprofen in inclusion complexes. Ketoprofen-hydroxypropyl β-cyclodextrin inclusion complexes were made with molar ratio of 1:1 and 1:2 using spray drying method. Inclusion complexes were characterized by dissolution test, fourier transform infrared (FTIR), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), and X-ray powder diffractometry (XRPD). The dissolution test result could enhance dissolution rate of ketoprofen in medium of distilled water and 0,05 M phosphate buffer pH 7,5. The FTIR, DSC, and XRPD characterization result showed formation of inclusion complexes. The DSC test result showed disappearance of melting peak and decrease in heat of fusion. While the XRPD test result showed decrease in degree of crystallinity and crystallite size. The enhancement of dissolution rate in medium of distilled water reached 1,58 times and 1,61 times on the inclusion complexes molar ratio of 1:1 and 1:2. While the enhancement of dissolution rate in medium of 0,05 M phosphate buffer pH 7,5 reached 1.16 times and 1.21 times on the inclusion complex with molar ratio of 1:1 and 1:2. ;

Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Hidup Baru bertujuan agar calon Apoteker memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab Apoteker dalam pengelolaan apotek serta melakukan praktek pelayanan kefarmasian sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan dan etika yang berlaku. Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker ini juga bertujuan agar calon Apoteker memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis serta gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktek kefarmasian di apotek. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Evaluasi Pelayanan Pemberian Informasi Obat OTC di Apotek Hidup Baru. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah mengevaluasi dan menilai penerimaan pasien terhadap pemberian informasi obat OTC di Apotek Hidup Baru.

Internship at Hidup Baru Pharmacy aims to make prospective pharmacists understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in management of pharmacy and perform pharmaceutical practices in accordance with applicable legislation and ethics. This internship also aims to make prospective pharmacists have insight, knowledge, skill, and practical experience as well as an overview of pharmaceutical practice problem in pharmacy. The specific assignment given is entitled Evaluation of OTC rsquo s Drug Information Delivery Service at Hidup Baru Pharmacy. The purpose of this particular task is to evaluate and assess patient acceptance of OTC rsquo s drug information at Hidup Baru Pharmacy.

Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Selatan bertujuan agar calon Apoteker memahami peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab Apoteker di instansi pemerintahan serta memiliki pengetahuan tentang tugas pokok dan fungsi Seksi Sumber Daya Kesehatan, khususnya Subseksi Farmasi Makanan dan Minuman Farmakmin . Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker ini juga bertujuan agar calon Apoteker memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis serta gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan kefarmasian di pemerintahan. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Rekapitulasi Laporan Binwasdal Apotek di Wilayah Jakarta Selatan Tahun 2016 dan Sosialisasi Pencabutan Apotek Rakyat di Wilayah Jakarta Selatan. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah memperoleh data rekapitulasi untuk mengetahui persentase jenis temuan dan temuan yang sudah ditindaklanjuti dan memperoleh informasi mengenai pencabutan apotek rakyat.

Internship at Regional Health Department of South Jakarta aims to make prospective pharmacists understand the role, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in government agencies and have knowledge of the main tasks and functions of the Health Resources Section, in particular the Pharmaceutical Food and Beverage Subsection. This internship also aims to make prospective pharmacists have insight, knowledge, skills, and practical experience as well as an overview of pharmaceutical issues in government. The specific assignment given is entitled Recapitulation of Binwasdal Report of Pharmacy in South Jakarta 2016 and Socialization of Rakyat Pharmacy Revocation in South Jakarta. The purpose of this particular task is to generate recapitulation data to determine the percentage of findings and findings that have been followed up and get information about the rakyat pharmacy revocation.
