Abstrak :
Laporan magang ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi peran Product Owner pada metodologi Scrum yang digunakan oleh Tribe Retail di PT AAA. PT AAA merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang financial technology (fintech) yang tergolong ke dalam jenis peer-to-peer lending (P2P). Penulisan laporan magang ini menggunakan kerangka evaluasi The Scrum Guide yang dikemukakan oleh Ken Schwaber & Jeff Sutherland. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa peran Product Owner dalam metodologi Scrum pada Tribe Retail PT AAA telah berjalan dengan cukup baik. Akan tetapi, masih terdapat beberapa detail yang perlu diperbaiki untuk meningkatkan performa tim dalam melakukan delivery product, seperti membuat Product Requirement Document (PRD), melakukan sprint grooming bersama seluruh Development Team, turut memberikan story points, dan turut memimpin sprint review. ......This internship report aims to evaluate the role of a Product Owner in the Scrum methodology used by the Retail Tribe at PT AAA. PT AAA is a company operating in the financial technology (fintech) sector, specifically in peer-to-peer lending (P2P). The evaluation report utilized the framework provided by Ken Schwaber & Jeff Sutherland in The Scrum Guide. The evaluation results indicate that the role of the Product Owner in the Scrum methodology within the Retail Tribe at PT AAA has been performed quite well. However, there are still some details that need to be addressed to improve the team's performance in product delivery, such as making a Product Requirement Document (PRD), doing sprint grooming with the entire Development Team, should also providing story points, and leading the sprint review.
