Abstrak :
Skripsi ini membahas mengenai transportasi darat yang penting pada saat sekarang ini. Memiliki mobil bagi sebagian besar kalangan masyarakat bagaikan suatu hal yang pokok dimana dapat membantu mereka dalam beraktivitas khususnya dalam bekerja. Penerapan pengenaan pajak penjualan atas barang mewah (PPnBM) terhadap Kendaraan Bermotor Roda Empat Hemat Energi dan Harga Terjangkau. Tujuan dari penelitian ini Menganalisis kebijakan fasilitas PPnBM atas penyerahan Kendaraan Bermotor Roda Empat Hemat Energi Dan Harga Terjangkau. Menganalisis dampak adanya kebijakan kebijakan fasilitas PPnBM atas penyerahan Kendaraan Bermotor Roda Empat Hemat Energi Dan Harga Terjangkau. Penelitian ini adalah menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa alasan pengenaan PPnBM bagi kendaraan bermotor beroda dua dengan isi silinder di bawah 1200 cc adalah karena konsep barang mewah tersebut berkembang seiring kemajuan teknologi, pertumbuhan ekonomi, serta perubahan pola konsumsi masyarakat. Pihak perindustrian yang diwakilkan oleh Kementerian Perindustrian menginginkan adanya tarif 0% bagi PPnBM atas kendaraan bermotor beroda empat dengan isi silinder di atas 1200 cc, sehingga dapat memajukan industri dalam negeri. ......This thesis discusses the important land transportation at the present time. The purpose of this study analyze policy Sales Tax on Luxury Goods Facility for the delivery of Motor Vehicle Four Wheel Energy Efficient And Affordable Price. This study is a descriptive qualitative research. The results showed that the reason for the imposition of sales tax on luxury two-wheeled motor vehicles with a cylinder capacity below 1200 cc is because the concept of luxury goods is growing as technology advances, economic growth, and changes in consumption patterns. Industrial parties are represented by the Ministry of Industry also wants a 0% rate for top PPnBM four-wheeled motor vehicles with a cylinder above 1200 cc, so it can promote domestic industry.
