Pengembangan wakaf produktif di sektor pertanian merupakan salah satu bentuk optimalisasi pemanfaatan wakaf produktif di sektor riil, tujuannya antara lain untuk mengatasi berbagai permasalahan di sektor pertanian dan sebagai alternatif pembiayaan. Pada pengembangannya, Pesantren menjadi salah satu lembaga pendidikan Islam yang memiliki peluang besar untuk berkontribusi dalam upaya tersebut. Melalui pemberdayaan ekonomi pesantren, keberadaan pemanfaatan wakaf pertanian bertujuan untuk kemandirian serta penguatan ekonomi pada santri dan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis aspek-aspek prioritas masalah, solusi dan strategi pemanfaatan wakaf pertanian pada pemberdayaan ekonomi pesantren. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Analytic Network Process (ANP), yang menggunakan wawancara mendalam dan kuesioner sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Ada tujuh informan dalam penelitian yang dipilih secara langsung berdasarkan fokus penelitian yang dibahas. Studi ini menemukan bahwa ada tiga aspek prioritas masalah, yaitu pada aspek permodalan nazir sebagai usaha pengembangan aset wakaf produktif di sektor pertanian, prioritas masalah pada aspek regulator yaitu kurang optimalnya sosialisasi terkait wakaf pada masyarakat, serta prioritas pada aspek masyarakat yaitu kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat untuk berwakaf. Prioritas solusi berdasarkan penelitian ini adalah adanya kelembagaan pesantren sebagai lembaga yang memiliki potensi faktor produksi modal. Prioritas solusi pada aspek Regulator adalah optimalisasi sosialisasi Regulator pada nazir Sedangkan pemberian kemudahan akses informasi wakaf melalui berbagai media dan program menjadi prioritas solusi pada masyarakat. Prioritas strategi pada penelitian ini antara lain pembinaan melalui pelatihan manajemen pertanian, diikuti oleh promosi strategi wakaf di sektor pertanian, strategi sinergi antara pesantren dan nazir, dan strategi litetasi terkait dengan wakaf pertanian.

ABSTRACT
The development of productive waqfs in the agricultural sector is one form of optimizing its utilization in the real sector so that the distribution of the benefits of waqfs can be broader and well targeted. Pesantrens become one of the institutions of Islamic education that has a great opportunity to contribute to these efforts. Through economic empowerment as one of the pesantren programs, the utilization of agricultural waqf is aimed at the welfare of students and the community. This effort is also one of the alternatives in overcoming problems in the agricultural sector such as land conversion problems and capital problems and farmers' welfare. This study aims to identify and analyse priority aspects of problems, solutions and strategies. The research method used is the Analytic Network Process (ANP), which uses interviews and questionnaires as data collection techniques. There are seven informants in the study selected by purposive sampling based on the focus of the study discussed. This study found that there are three priority aspects of the problem, namely nazir in the management of waqf, the regulator in the lack of optimal socialization to the community, and the lack of public awareness about waqf. The priority of the solution to practitioners is the pesantren, the priority of the regulator's solution is the socialization of the nazir and the priority of the solution to the aspects of society is the ease of access to waqf through various media and programs. The priority of coaching strategy through agricultural management training is the most important strategy, followed by the promotion of waqf strategy in the agricultural sector, the synergy strategy between pesantren and nazir, and the last literacy strategy related to agricultural waqf.
