"ABSTRAKPelabuhan Sunda Kelapa mengandung nilai sejarah yang tinggi untuk Jakarta maupun Indonesia. Tidak berhenti di situ, Pelabuhan Sunda Kelapa sebagai Pelabuhan juga memiliki nilai penting dalam industri dan ekonomi sebuah negara. Hal tersebut merupakan sebuah pengetahuan; nilai edukasi yang dapat diamati secara langsung mengingat wilayah Pelabuhan Sunda Kelapa masih aktif sebagai Pelabuhan. Di era yang terus berkembang, situs dan pengetahuan akan sejarah dapat dilestarikan berbarengan dengan bantuan teknologi. Ketiga hal tersebut (situs, edukasi, teknologi) memiliki potensi pariwisata yang dikemas menjadi Sunda Kelapa Observatory. Observatory yang berasal dari observe atau mengamati, berarti melihat secara harfiah dengan mata (melihat situs dan sekitarnya) dan juga melihat lebih dari itu, melihat sejarah, perkembangan, dan maupun masa depan dibantu dengan teknologi imersif.

ABSTRACT

Pelabuhan Sunda Kelapa has a high value of history for both Jakarta and Indonesia. Moreover, the idea of Pelabuhan Sunda Kelapa as a port holds an important role on a country in industry and economy field. These counts as a knowledge, an educational value that is able to be seen as it is, as Pelabuhan Sunda Kelapa is still active as a port. In this era where technology is evolving, the historical value in the form of site and knowledge can be developed simultaneously. The main three points stated (historical site, education, technology) has a tourism potential that preceding the project Sunda Kelapa Observatory. Observatory. from the word observe means to see, to see literally with the eyes (the historical site and the surroundings) and also to see beyond the vision; to see the history, development, and even the future with the touch of an immersive technology."

"ABSTRAKBudaya punk lahir sebagai respon terhadap ketidakpuasan terhadap suatu fenomena. Respon tersebut berupa sikap menentang yang sifatnya biasanya destruktif ataupun tidak sesuai dengan norma yang berlaku; atau non-konformis. Mengacu kepada isu bencana, timbul sebuah ide untuk merespon bencana tersebut dengan ideologi non- konformis. Respon terhadap bencana tidak lagi dilihat sebagai sesuatu yang membangun, namun bersifat menghancurkan. Memandang Universitas Indonesia (UI) sebagai sebuah faktor bencana overpopulasi dan gentrifikasi di Depok, ideologi non- konformis diterapkan dalam metode perancangan arsitektur, dengan program berupa anarkisme yang diinjeksi sebagai respon untuk menghancurkan keberadaannya yang dinilai merugikan.

ABSTRACT

Punk subculture was born in response to dissatisfaction from a phenomenon. The response includes attitudes that emphasize destructive, not in accordance with applicable norms; or non-conformist. Referring to the issue of disaster, an idea arose to respond to the disaster with a non-conformist ideology. Architecture‟s response to disaster is no longer seen as something that is built, but it can be seen as something destructive. Seeing University of Indonesia (UI) as a factor of disaster of gentrification in Depok, an ideology of non-conformity is applied on architectural practice (design methods abd programs) that leads into anarchy that is injected in response to destructing its existence that causing the issue.
