"Studi numerik yang dihasilkan oleh perangkat lunak SAP2000 untuk mengamati perilaku sambungan spun pile ke pile cap sesuai dengan praktik umum standar Indonesia dengan penguatan selubung baja tambahan. Analisis push over dilakukan dalam penelitian dengan pendekatan pemuatan monotonik. Parameter dalam pengujian adalah ketebalan jaket baja dan adanya perekat antara baja dan permukaan beton. Jaket baja yang dibangun mengikuti metode baru menunjukkan hasil yang baik untuk meningkatkan kekuatan tekan dan daktilitas tiang berselimut baja sehubungan dengan tiang pancang. Selubung baja yang lebih tebal menunjukkan peningkatan kekuatan tekan, dan perekat antara baja dan permukaan beton mengurangi efek pengekangan dari selubung baja.
Numerical study was generated by SAP2000 software to observe the behaviour of spun pile to pile cap connection according to the common practice of Indonesia standard with additional steel jacketing strengthening. Push over analysis were conducted in the research with monotonic loading approach. The parameters in the test were the steel jacket's thickness and the existence of adhesive between steel and concrete surface. The steel jacket built following the new method showed good results of increasing the compressive strength and ductility of the jacketed pile with respect to the plain pile. The thicker steel jackets showed that the increased compressive strength, and the adhesive between steel and concrete surface reduced the confining effect of the steel jackets."

"Penelitian ini secara komprehensif melihat hubungan antara likuiditas internal perusahaan dengan proksi current ratio, quick ratio dan modified operating solvency ratio terhadap yield sukuk korporasi di Indonesia periode tahun 2006-2013 dengan mengontrol variabel-variabel yang terkenal di literatur yaitu, faktor spesifik sukuk (maturity dan rating), faktor spesifik perusahaan (leverage dan volatilitas), faktor ketidakjelasan informasi (accruals quality dan umur perusahaan) dan faktor ekonomi (GDP). Hasil temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa likuiditas internal perusahaan (current ratio dan quick ratio) dihargai pada yield sukuk korporasi di Indonesia namun tidak untuk likuiditas internal perusahaan dengan proksi modified operating solvency ratio. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa sukuk terbitan BUMN relatif memiliki risiko yang lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan sukuk terbitan swasta. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa ketika periode krisis, yield sukuk korporasi diminta lebih tinggi oleh investor dibandingkan kondisi normal.
This study comprehensively look at the relationship between the corporate internal liquidity (current ratio, quick ratio and modified operating solvency ratio) and yield of corporate sukuk in Indonesia period 2006-2013 by controlling the variables are known in the literature, namely, sukuk-specific factors (maturity and rating), firm-specific factors (leverage and volatility), information uncertainty factors (accruals quality and age) and economic factors (GDP). The findings of this study indicate that the corporate internal liquidity (current ratio and quick ratio) valued at yield corporate sukuk in Indonesia, but not the corporate internal liquidity measured by modified operating solvency ratio. The study also found that sukuk issued by SOEs (BUMN) have relatively less risk than sukuk issued by the private. This study also found that on period of crisis, corporate sukuk yield demanded more high than normal condition."

ABSTRAK Pada masa modern, pembangunan pangkalan militer di luar wilayah negaranya masih dilakukan oleh beberapa negara. Hal itu dilakukan sebagai bentuk perwujudan kerjasama pertahanan yang dilakukan antar negara ataupun organisasi internasional. Permasalahan yang kerap timbul ialah tentang penegakkan yurisdiksi kepada personel militer yang bertugas di pangkalan militer tersebut. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, dibentuklah perjanjian bilateral antara negara pihak yang salah satunya berfungsi untuk menentukan yurisdiksi yang berlaku terhadap suatu pelanggaran hukum. Namun demikian, tidak setaranya posisi negara saat pembentukan perjanjian tersebut mempengaruhi proses pemberlakuan yurisdiksi. Hal ini terjadi karena tidak adanya kesepakatan internasional mengenai perjanjian bilateral yang harus mengatur yurisdiksi tersebut. Oleh karenanya, perlu dibentuk model perjanjian bilateral tentang status personel yang disepakati secara internasional untuk memastikan keadilan dan kesamarataan posisi antara negara-negara yang terlibat dalam pembangunan pangkalan militer asing di suatu negara.
ABSTRACT In the modern era, the establishment of foreign military bases outside the of its teritory is still practiced by some states. The establishment itself is seen as a form of the embodiment of mutual defense that is being done between states or international organizations. The intermittent issue related to it is about the enforcement of jurisdiction toward the on duty military personnels in military bases. In order to cope with the issue, bilateral agreement between states is formed to determine the applicable jurisdiction when violation of the law happens. However, the unequal position between the states when the agreement is formed affects the practices of the enforcement of jurisdiction. The issue arises since there is no international apperception about which party that is able to assign the jurisdiction. Thereupon, the condition shows that it is required to form an internationally accepted model of bilateral agreement about the status of forces to ensure the equity and equality position between states involving in establishment of foreign military bases in one state. "

Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) adalah salah satu masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang utama di Indonesia. Jumlah kasus DBD semakin bertambah seiring dengan laju pertumbuhan mobilitas dan populasi manusia. Radial basis function neural network (RBFNN) pada tugas akhir ini diimplementasikan untuk prediksi jumlah insiden mingguan DBD di DKI Jakarta. RBFNN adalah salah satu feed forward neural neworks yang hanya memiliki satu lapisan tersembunyi. Lapisan tersembunyi pada RBFNN dikonstruksi oleh sebuah fungsi aktivasi. K-means clustering digunakan untuk menunjang peforma dari RBFNN, yaitu untuk menentukan pusat dan lebar dari fungsi aktivasi yang digunakan. Performa dari RBFNN dilihat dari RMSE yang dihasilkan pada data training dan data testing. Dari implementasi yang dilakukan, dapat diperoleh bahwa pemilihan struktur atau model RBFNN sangat berpengaruh terhadap hasil prediksi yang diperoleh. Pada tugas akhir ini, RBFNN mampu memprediksi insiden mingguan DBD di DKI Jakarta dengan cukup baik tetapi RBFNN belum dapat menjakau data yang melonjak tinggi pada data testing.
Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is one of the main public health problems in Indonesia. The number of DHF cases and the spread of this disease is increasing along with mobility and population density. Radial basis function neural network (RBFNN) in this final project is implemented to predict the number of weekly DHF incidents in DKI Jakarta. RBFNN in this final project was implemented to predict the number of weekly DHF incidents in DKI Jakarta. RBFNN is a feed forward neural network model that has a single hidden layer. The hidden layer of RBFNN is constructed by an activation function. K-means clustering algorithm is used to improve the performance of RBFNN to determine the center and width of the activation function. The performance of RBFNN can be seen from the RMSE generated in the training data and testing data. From the implementation, it can be obtained that the choice of RBFNN structure or model is very influential on the predicted results obtained. In this final project, RBFNN is able to predict the weekly incidence of DHF in DKI Jakarta quite well but RBFNN has not been able to predict well the data that soared in the testing data.

"Pencarian dalam melakukan uji biokompabilitas terhadap material bioabsorbable dan osteofixation dilakukan, namun hingga kini banyak penelitian yang dilakukan tidak mengikuti standarisasi yang ada. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melakukan evaluasi terhadap uji biokompabilitas yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya. Pencarian database terhadap scoping review dilakukan di PubMed, Embase and Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials (CENTRAL), dengan PRISMA-ScR guidelines digunakan dalam metodologi pemilihan literatur. Terdapat 26 penelitian masuk dalam inklusi penelitian, dengan metodologi animal study. Uji biokompabilitas yang tersedia untuk implant material biabsorbable yaitu uji cytotoxisitas, uji sensitisasasi, uji iritasi, systemic toxicity,uji genotoksisitasy,uji implantasi, dan uji hemokompabilitas, ditemukan hanya satu penelitian yang melakukan seluruh uji biokompabilitas, namun tidak adanya hewan kontrol dalam penelitian tersebut. Uji implantasi dilakukan oleh seluruh studi, yang melakukan evaluasi terhadap reaksi inflasmasi, penyembuhan tulang, dan degradasi implan. Hanya tiga penelitian yang menggunakan International Standard Operation (ISO), sebagai acuan dalam prosedur uji biokompabilitas.
The quest of performing biocompatibility study for biodegradable material remains to be abstruse. Numerous studies have been conducted to investigate the biocompatibility of a biodegradable material for bone fixation devices. However, they rarely follow any known standard, which might make it difficult to compare, draw a conclusion, or to extrapolate the data. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate the biocompatibility tests performed in those studies in order to take note of their underlying concept and present the key points investigated. Database search of PubMed, Embase and Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials (CENTRAL) was conducted, and PRISMA-ScR guideline was used. Twenty-six studies were included in the review, and all of the studies utilize animal preclinical model as their biocompatibility assessment. Among the biocompability test are cytotoxicity, sensitization, irritation, systemic toxicity, genotoxicity, implantation, and hemocompatibility test. It was found that only one study performed all of the biocompatibility tests, however this study did not provide comparative animal control. Most of the studies conducted implantation test, evaluating inflammatory reaction, bone healing, and implant degradation. Only three studies referred to International Standard Operation (ISO) for conduction biocompability test. Although renowned standardization bodies such as ISO has published an international standard on biocompatibility studies, it was found that most researches were not able to thoroughly follow the standard."
