"Penyakit degeneratif disebabkan oleh berubahnya sel-sel tubuh yang mempengaruhi fungsi organ lain. Penyakit degeneratif menyumbang sekitar 71% kematian global yang setara dengan 41 juta orang per tahun. Penyakit degenerative di Indonesia meliputi hipertensi, diabetes melitus, stroke, dan kanker menunjukkan peningkatan dari tahun 2013 hingga 2018. Oleh karena itu, pengembangan dan promosi kesehatan sangat penting dalam mengatasi penyakit degeneratif dan upaya untuk mengurangi jumlah kematian global. Pembinaan pasien degeneratif menjadi salah satu langkah yang dilakukan oleh apotek untuk lebih mengetahui dan memahami pasiennya, dengan demikian pasien dapat memperoleh pelayanan dan pembinaan hubungan jangka panjang yang terbaik oleh apotek. Pembinaan pasien diperlukan dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas kesehatan pasien karena pasien dapat terkontrol pengobatannya. Salah satu metode dalam mengelola dan meningkatkan kualitas kesehatan pelanggan yang diterapkan oleh apotek kimia farma adalah kimia farma reminder. Laporan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker ini membahas mengenai manfaat adanya kimia farma reminder, alur dari kimia farma reminder, serta respon pasien degenerative yang direminder. Kimia farma reminder adalah salah satu cara apotek kimia farma untuk membina pelanggan dan meningkatkan kesehatan masyarakat bagi penderita penyakit degeneratif dengan cara mengingatkan bahwa persediaan obat hampir habis sehingga diharapkan menumbuhkan kesadaran bagi masyarakat untuk segera melakukan pengecekan ke dokter. Kimia farma reminder memberikan hubungan timbal balik antara apotek dan pelanggan yang menguntungkan. Alur kimia farma reminder secara singkat yaitu penginputan data pasien – reminder – konfirmasi. Pengkajian Mutu Produk (PMP) merupakan salah satu penerapan sistem mutu industri farmasi yang diatur dalam CPOB 2018. Seluruh obat yang terdaftar perlu dilakukan pengkajian mutu produk termasuk produk ekspor. Hal ini untuk memastikan bahwa prosesnya konsisten, kesesuaian dengan spesifikasi bahan awal, bahan pengemas, dan produk jadi, untuk melihat tren dan mengidentifikasi perbaikan yang diperlukan untuk produk dan proses. Pengkajian mutu produk biasanya dilakukan setiap tahun terhadap produk yang diproduksi tahun sebelumnya. Penyusunan laporan PMP menjadi tanggung jawab departemen Quality Assurance (QA). Penyusunan laporan PMP berbeda antar industri farmasi, namun harus sesuai dengan persyaratan CPOB. Laporan PMP di PT. Harsen Laboratories dikenal dengan Pengkajian Tahunan Atas Produk (PTAP). Laporan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker ini membahas penyusunan laporan PTAP tahun 2020 untuk produk L tablet salut selaput yang diproduksi oleh PT. Harsen Laboratories. Hasil kajian PTAP meliputi bahan awal dan bahan x pengemas, pengawasan selama proses kritis dan pengujian produk jadi, hasil uji di luar spesifikasi, laporan penyimpangan, perubahan, izin edarregistrasi lokal dan ekspor, program pemantauan stabilitas dan tren yang tidak diinginkan, produk kembalian, keluhan, dan penarikan obat, Tindakan perbaikan terhadap proses/peralatan proses, komitmen pasca pemasaran, status kualifikasi peralatan dan sarana penunjang kritis, status validasi, teknis kontrak, inspeksi Badan POM, evaluasi sampel per tinggal, serta pemantauan lingkungan. Produk L tablet salut selaput pada peroide tahun 2020 memenuhi persyaratan spesifikasi mutu yang telah ditentukan.

Kimia Farma Reminder is one way for Apotek Kimia Farma to foster customers and improve public health for people with degenerative diseases by reminding that drug supplies are running low so it is hoped that it will raise awareness for the public to immediately check with the doctor.
