"In connection with the widespread occurence of the problem of land disputes that exist in Indonesia, on the basis of these facts the authors tried to examine the case of overlap (overlapping) that occured in Cilandak, South Jakarta between Fredy Gozali and Debby Yulita of land with buildings in Cilandak, South Jakarta, covering an area of 550 m2, This case stems from land state purchased by Debby Yulita of Robert Tumiwa under the Sale and Purchase Agreement Deed and Land Rights No. 56, dated on April 26, 2007 are made in the presence of R. John Sarwonom SH, Notary/PPAT in Jakarta, after that, Debby Yulita apply for rights to land to get a certificate of land rights on his behalf of Fredy Gozali. The problems are how the legal effect of the cancellation of certificate of land rights because of overlapping by the South Jakarta District Court No. 438.PDT.G/2008/PN.JKT.SEL, dated August 14, 2008 and how the responsibilities of the Land Office in South Jakarta municipality in solving problems of overlapping disputes that occured. Research used in research on the writing of this law is a legal research library that is judical normative, while the typology of research used in this study is descriptive prescriptive. This thesis are describe about the legal consequences that occured and responsibilities of the Land Office Municpality of South Jakarta after a case of overlap (overlapping) based on South Jakarta District Court that the status of the soil back into the ground state and do write-off on behalf of the Land Book Fredy Gozali and publishing rights certificate land of behalf of Debby Yulia."

"Pertimbangan desain akustik untuk auditorium multifungsi tentu berbeda dengan jenis bangunan lainnya dan membutuhkan penyelesaian akustik yang tepat. Skripsi ini merupakan sebuah evaluasi terhadap kualitas akustik auditorium multifungsi dengan menganalisis objek studi kasus Auditorium Balai Sarbini berdasarkan tiga keadaan yang berbeda: keadaan eksisting (tanpa bantuan sound system), ibadah gereja protestan dan konser musik. Evaluasi kualitas akustik dilakukan berdasarkan teori-teori akustik yang relevan, tinjauan lapangan dan penghitungan waktu dengung (reverberation time) pada Balai Sarbini. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan Balai Sarbini memiliki kualitas akustik yang cukup baik karena bunyi dapat menyebar dengan merata ke semua penjuru ruangan dan memiliki nilai RT yang sesuai untuk fungsi pidato (speech). Namun, Balai Sarbini dinilai tetap perlu melakukan perbaikan untuk memfasilitasi fungsi konser musik.

The considerations of acoustical design for a multifunctional auditorium is indeed different than any other ordinary buildings and it really needs a proper acoustic solution. This thesis is an evaluation of acoustical quality of a multifunctional auditorium by analyzing a case study object, Balai Sarbini Auditorium, based on three cases: existing condition (without sound system), protestant church service and music concert. The acoustical evaluation is based on some relevant acoustical theories, site reviews and the calculation of the Balai Sarbini?s reverberation time. The result of the evaluation showed that generally Balai Sarbini has a good acoustical quality due to the evenly distributed sound and the reverberation time value is suitable for the speech function. However, Balai Sarbini Auditorium still needs an acoustical quality improvement for music concert function."
