Abstrak :
Penelitian ini menganalisa nilai kebisingan yang terjadi pada Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) Padindi yang terletak segaris dengan landas pacu 1 Bandar Udara Internasional Soekarno-Hatta selama jam kegiatan belajar mengajar berlangsung. Dalam penelitian ini akan dicari juga pada jenis pesawat yang menyebabkan terjadinya nilai kebisingan maksimum dan pada jam berapa serta gangguan yang dirasakan. Hasil penelitian menyarankan bahwa kebisingan yang terjadi di sekolah tersebut perlu direduksi karena telah melebihi nilai ambang batas kebisingan untuk kegiatan sekolah. Kebisingan dapat direduksi dengan meningkatkan kualitas akustik ruang kelas.

The focus of this study is to analyzes the value of the noise that occurs on Junior High School Padindi during the hours of teaching and learning activities. The school is located in alignment with the first runway of Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. This research will be sought the type of aircraft that caused the maximum noise value and at what time it happens and also the disturbance caused by aircraft-induced noise. The results suggest that the noise that occurs at these schools should be reduced because it has exceeded the threshold value of noise for school activities. Noise can be reduced by improving the quality of acoustics in the classroom.
