Abstrak :
View merupakan hasil dari persepsi manusia yang dipengaruhi oleh jarak dan posisi pengamat terhadap objek yang diamati. Penelitian ini ingin mengetahui keterkaitan antara view dan harga suatu unit apartemen. Pemilihan unit apartemen berdasarkan view dipengaruhi oleh ketinggian level lantainya. Metode penulisan yang digunakan adalah studi kasus di Apartemen Regatta. Analisis regresi dan kurva digunakan untuk menujukkan hubungan antara ketinggian level lantai apartemen dengan harga. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa view ini dipengaruhi oleh ketinggian level lantai, di mana ketinggian level lantai berbanding lurus dengan kualitas view yang didapat dan harganya. ......View is the result of human perception that affected by distance and position of observer to object. This study investigate the relationship between view and price of an apartment unit. Selection of an apartment unit based of view that influenced by the height of the floor level. The method used is a case study in the Regatta Apartments. Regression analyze and curve are used to shows the relationship between the height of the floor level apartments with price. The result show that view is influenced by the height of the floor level, where it directly proportional to the quality of the view obtained and the price.

Berbagai literatur menunjukan bahwa return of education memiliki dampak pada kesehatan, baik healthy behavior maupun healthy outcome. Pada tahun 1978, tahun akademik diubah menjadi Bulan Juli hingga Juni. Akibatnya, anak yang masuk sekolah di tahun 1978 atau sebelumnya (lahir di tahun 1971 atau sebelumnya) mengalami perpanjangan lama bersekolah selama 6.5 bulan. Penelitian ini menggunakan variasi eksogenus pendidikan yang sesuai dengan metode Fuzzy Regression Discontinuity Design untuk mengatasi potensi endogeneitas pada estimasi pendidikan dan kesehatan lingkungan dan Instrumental Variable untuk melihat potential mechanism dari lama nya pendidikan. Dengan menggunakan data IFLS 2000 & 2007, terlihat bahwa pendidikan saat ini belum mampu mendorong perilaku menjaga kesehatan lingkungan. Reformasi pendidikan di tahun 1978 menyebabkan perpanjangan lama bersekolah sekitar dua kali lipat atau setahun. By using IFLS 2000 & 2007 data, current education has not been able to encourage behavior to maintain environmental health.
