Makalah ini membahas mengenai kampanye public relations #SmallActsofLove dari brand Love Beauty and Planet di media sosial Instagram pada tahun 2019. Brand ini muncul dengan nilai yang tergolong baru di industry kosmetik dan perawatan tubuh, dengan nilai yang dibawa produk perawatan tubuh berupa nilai ramah lingkungan dan ramah alam melalui prawatan tubuh yang alami. Hal yang melatarbelakangi kampanye ini adalah munculnya masyarakat yang mulai gemar dengan konsep vegan – vegetarian dan peduli terhadap alam dan hewan, sehingga mereka menjadi target utama bagi brand ini. Kampanye ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan produk dengan memberi awareness of product pada audiens juga memberi brand image terkait mengenai nilai bahan produk brand yang ramah lingkungan dan ramah alam. Hasil penulisan makalah ini adalah Brand Love Beauty and Planet menggunakan strategi Social Media Marketing untuk mencipatakan brand awareness dan brand image. ......This paper discusses the #SmallActsofLove public relations campaign from the Love Beauty and Planet brand on Instagram social media in 2019. This brand appears with a relatively new value in the cosmetics and body care industry, with the value brought by body care products in the form of environmentally friendly values ​​and friendly to nature through natural body treatments. The background of this campaign is the emergence of people who are starting to like the vegan concept - vegetarian and care for nature and animals, so they become the main target for this brand. This campaign aims to introduce products by providing awareness of the product to the audience as well as providing a related brand image regarding the value of the ingredients for environmentally friendly and nature friendly brand products. The result of this paper is that Brand Love Beauty and Planet uses a Social Media Marketing strategy to create brand awareness and brand image.
