[Niasinamida merupakan vitamin yang larut di dalam air dikenal sebagai vitamin B3 dan telah digunakan untuk mengobati beberapa jenis permasalahan pada kulit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat formulasi emulgel yang menggunakan silikon untuk membandingkan daya penetrasi secara in vitro antara emulgel dengan silikon dan tanpa penambahan silikon serta uji stabilitas fisik sediaan. Semua formulasi di uji daya penetrasinya secara in vitro dengan sel difusi Franz menggunakan membran abdomen tikus betina galur Sprague dawley. Jumlah kumulatif niasinamida yang terpenetrasi dari emulgel yang tidak mengandung silikon (F1) adalah 2028,8 ± 64,3 µg/cm2 sedangkan emulgel yang mengandung silikon secara berturut turut (F2-dimetikon dan F3-siklometikon) adalah 4662,4 ± 11,4 µg/cm2 dan 2679,45 ± 9,3 µg/cm2. Nilai fluks berturut-turut F1, F2, dan F3 adalah 253,6 ± 8,0 µg/cm2jam, 582,7 ± 1,4 µg/cm2jam, dan 334,93 ± 1,2 µg/cm2jam. Serta nilai % kumulatif terpenetrasi berturut-turut sebesar 8,89 ± 0,28 %, 17,95 ± 0,04 %, dan 11,83 ± 0,04 %. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya silikon terbukti dapat meningkatkan penetrasi emulgel niasinamida dan ketiga formulasi menunjukan kestabilitan fisik yang baik. ...... Apotek merupakan tempat dilakukannya pekerjaan kefarmasian dan penyaluran sediaan farmasi, perbekalan kesehatan lainnya kepada masyarakat. Apotek juga memiliki fungsi sebagai pengelola sediaan farmasi, menjaga kualitasnya tetap sesuai dengan standar persyaratan, mengawasi pengadaan, penyimpanan, dan penyerahan sediaan farmasi kepada konsumen sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan yang berlaku. Apotek Safa merupakan salah satu apotek yang melakukan kegiatan kefarmasian. Kegiatan pengelolaan perbekalan farmasi di Apotek Safa diawali dengan pemesanan dan pembelian barang terlebih dahulu. Pengelolaan di apotek safa meliputi pengadaan, penerimaan barang, penentuan harga jual, dan pencatatan. Apotek Safa melakukan pelayanan kefarmasian yang terdiri dari swamedikasi, penjualan obat dengan resep, penjualan obat OTC dan PKRT, dan pengukuran kadar gula darah, kolesterol dan asam urat. Apotek Safa sudah menjalankan seluruh kegiatan kefarmasian di apotek sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan.

Pharmacy is one of a place which pharmaceutical jobs and distribution of pharmaceutical products, other medicl supplies to patients. Pharmacy also has a function as a pharmaceutical products management, keep the quality of products meet the requirements, control the procurements, storage of products and dispensing pharmaceutical products to patient accordance with regulatory requirements. Safa Pharmacy is one of a pharmacies that perform pharmaceutical activity. Management of pharmaceutical product in Safa Pharmacy begin with ordering and purchasing goods in advance. Management of Safa Pharmacy includes procurement, purchasing, receipt of goods, determining the selling price, and documentation. Safa Pharmacy doing pharmaceutical care such as swamedication, selling of prescription drugs and Over The Counter (OTC) drugs, and PKRT. Another services which occurred in Safa Pharmacy are measurement of blood sugar levels, cholesterols, and uric acid. Safa Pharmacy already run the entire pharmaceuticals activities in store accordance with regulatory requirements.

ABSTRAK Suku Dinas Kesehatan merupakan perangkat pada tingkat Kota Administrasi/Kabupaten Administrasi di Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Suku Dinas Kesehatan dipimpin oleh seorang Kepala Suku Dinas yang secara teknis dan administrasi bertanggung jawab kepada Kepala Dinas serta secara operasional berkedudukan di bawah dan bertanggung jawab kepada Walikota. Suku Dinas Kesehatan memiliki berbagai bidang yang bergerak di pelayanan kesehatan untuk masyarakat antara lain bidang sumber daya kesehatan yang merupakan unit kerja lini Dinas Kesehatan dalam pelaksanaan pembinaan, pengembangan, dan pengendaliaan sumber daya kesehatan. Salah satu seksi yang diberi tanggung jawab kepada seorang apoteker yaitu Bidang Farmasi, Makanan dan Minuman yang merupakan satuan kerja Seksi Sumber Daya Kesehatan dalam pelaksanaan pembinaan, pengawasan dan pengendalian farmasi, makanan dan minuman. Department of Health has various fields of health services for the communitysuch as field of health resources is a business unit lines Health Department in the implementation of coaching, development, and controling health resources. One of section is responsible to a pharmacist namely Pharmaceutical, Food and Beverage section which is working unit of the Health Resources in the implementation of the guidance, supervision, and controling of pharmaceuticals, food and beverages. Pharmacists have a role, duties, and responsibilities in Department of Health West Jakarta as coordinator for the pharmaceutical, food, and beverages.
