Abstrak :
Pemilihan metode kontrasepsi yang akan digunakan istri tidak terlepas dari peran suami. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap suami terhadap pemilihan kontrasepsi istri di Kecamatan Tarub. Desain penelitian menggunakan cross sectional dan 110 responden yang diambil secara cluster sampling dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini. kuisioner yang digunakan dalam penelitian telah dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Hasil analisa menunjukan mayoritas responden memiiki pengetahuan kontrasepsi yang rendah (64,54%) dan sikap kontrasepsi yang negatif (63,36%). Sebagian besar istri responden menggunakan metode kontrasepsi jangka pendek (64,54%). Penelitian ini mengungkapkan tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan (p = 0,304) dan sikap (p = 0,318) suami terhadap pemilihan kontrasepsi istri di Kecamatan Tarub. Konseling kontrasepsi dibutuhkan oleh suami dan istri mengenai jenis kontrasepsi agar kontrasepsi yang digunakan sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan kondisi pasangan.

The selection of contraceptive methods to be used by the wife is inseparable from the husband's role. This research have a purpose to know relationship between  husband's knowledge and attitudes to the selection of wife contraception in Tarub Sub-District. The research design used cross sectional, as many as 110 respondents taken by cluster sampling were involved in this research. The questionnaire used in the study was tested for validity and reliability. The analysis shows that the majority of respondents have low contraceptive knowledge (64.54%) and negative contraceptive attitudes (63.36%). Most of the respondent's wife use short-term contraceptive method (64.54%). This research revealed that there was no significant relationship between knowledge (p = 0.304) and attitude (p = 0.318) of the husband to the selection of wife contraception in Tarub Sub-District. Husband and wife counseling is needed by husband and wife regarding the type of contraception so that the contraception used is appropriate to the needs and conditions of the partner.

Coronavirus disease 19 (Covid-19) adalah penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2) yang ditemukan pada akhir tahun 2019. Covid 19 tidak hanya menimbulkan keluhan fisik tetapi berisiko tinggi menyebabkan masalah psikososial. Masalah psikososial yang banyak dialami penyintas Covid 19 adalah kecemasan. Salah satu intervensi yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengurangi kecemasan yaitu terapi murottal. Case report ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan intervensi terapi murottal untuk menurunkan kecemasan pada pasien Covid 19. Hasil implementasi menunjukan adanya penurunan tingkat kecemasan setelah dilakukan 3 kali intervensi terapi murottal. Terapi murottal tidak hanya membuat rileks tetapi juga sebagai cara untuk memenuhi kebutuhan spiritual pasien. Oleh karena itu, penulis merekomendasikan penerapan terapi murotal untuk menurunkan kecemasan pasien yang dirawat di rumah sakit. ......Coronavirus disease 19 (Covid-19) is an infectious disease caused by Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2) which was discovered at the end of 2019. Covid 19 not only causes physical complaints but is at high risk of causing psychosocial problems. The psychosocial problem that many Covid-19 survivors experience is anxiety. One of the interventions that can be done to reduce anxiety is murottal therapy. This case report aims to describe a murottal therapy intervention to reduce anxiety in Covid 19 patient. The results of the implementation show a decrease in the level of anxiety after 3 times of murottal therapy interventions. Murottal therapy is not only relaxing but also a way to meet the spiritual needs of the patient. Therefore, the authors recommend the application of murotal therapy to reduce anxiety in hospitalized patients.
