Polres sebagai kesatuan operasional dasar Polri memiliki peranan sangat strategis dalam membangun citra positif Polri di mata masyarakat. Polres akan memiliki nilai yang positif jika memiliki kinerja yang baik. Kinerja Polres merupakan hasil dari kinerja masing-masing personel Polres. Penelitian ini akan fokus pada kinerja personel Polres yang ditinjau melalui struktur organisasi dan kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini akan menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh struktur organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja personel Polres Sintang Kalimantan Barat. Penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa struktur organisasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh kuat terhadap kinerja personel. ......Police Resident as police basic unit has a very strategic role in building a positive image of the police in the eyes of society.
