ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini berusaha melihat hubungan tingkat identifikasi sosial dan identity fusion dengan kesediaan berkorban demi kelompok pada anggota SALAM UI. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif korelasi. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Occidental sampling sebanyak 119 responden. Data yang terkumpul dianalisa dengan rumus korelasi parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara statistik, terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara tingkat identifikasi sosial dengan kesediaan berkorban demi kelompok dan identity fusion dengan kesediaan berkorban demi kelompok pada anggota SALAM UI. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa identifikasi sosial lebih memiliki hubungan dengan kesediaan berkorban demi kelompok dibandingkan dengan identity fusion pada anggota SALAM UI.

ABSTRACT
The focus of this study discusses the relationship between social Identification and identity fusion with willingness to sacrifice on behalf of the group. Study have conducted at SALAM UI group members. Measurement of this quantitative study has used multiple correlations. Sampling has used in the study was accidental sampling to 119 respondents. Result of the study show that statistically there are a positive and significant correlation between social Identification and identity fusion with willingness to fight on behalf of the group. The result also show that there is a more significant correlation between social Identification with willingness to sacrifice on behalf of the group than identity fusion with willingness to sacrifice on behalf of the group.
