Abstrak :
Skripsi ini adalah tentang Uji Coba Penerapan SIKD Versi 1.8 di Unit Kearsipan Kantor Pusat Pegadaian. Hal-hal yang dibahas adalah perancangan sistem dan penerapan aplikasi SIKD Versi 1.8 untuk menggantikan sistem kearsipan manual. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi efektifitas penggunaan aplikasi SIKD Versi 1.8 di Bidang kearsipan Kantor Pusat Pegadaian, serta untuk mengetahui kelebihan dan kekurangan aplikasi SIKD Versi 1.8. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan aplikasi SIKD Versi 1.8 dapat menggantikan sistem kearsipan manual karena memenuhi kebutuhan aktivitas bisnis dari setiap unit kerja Kantor Pusat Pegadaian, berdasarkan kebijakan yang ditetapkan oleh Kantor Pusat Pegadaian sehingga sistem kearsipan Kantor Pusat Pegadaian dapat terlaksana dengan lebih efisien dan lebih sistematis.

This thesis is about Testing the implementation of SIKD Version 1.8 in the Archival Unit at the Head office of Pegadaian. The things discussed is the systems design and implementation of aplication SIKD Version 1.8 for replace the manual archival systems. The purpose of this study was to identify the effective use of applications the SIKD Version 1.8 in the Archival Unit at the Head office of Pegadaian, and to know the advantages and disadvantages of the applications SIKD Version 1.8. The results showed of the aplications SIKD Version 1.8 can replace the manual archival systems because it meets the needs of the business activities from each unit of work at the head office of Pegadaian, based on policies established by the head office of Pegadaian so that the archival system at the head office of Pegadaian can be implemented more efficiently and more systematically.
