"Mikroprosesor 8088 merupakan standar model Mikroprosesor yang diajarkan pada jurusan Teknik Elektro, namun masih sedikit alat bantu untuk belajar Mikroprosesor tersebut. Sistem berbasis Mikroprosesor 8088 menggunakan EEPROM 2864 sebagai fasilitas Downloading data dari Komputer merupakan alat yang dapat digunakan belajar Mikroprosesor 8088 secara Hardware dan Software secara mendasar. Selain itu dapat pula dipakai sebagai alat untuk realisasi suatu sistem berbasis Mikroprosesor 8088 dengan biaya relatif rendah karena tidak memerlukan alat bantu EPROM EMULATOR, EPROM PROGRAMMER, EPROM ERASER karena menggunakan EEPROM. Alat ini terdiri modul utama yang terdiri Mikroprosesor 8088, EEPROM, komponen I10 (PPI, PIT, SIO) dan saluran paralel (LPT) untuk berhubungan dengan Komputer. Sedang modul penunjang yakni modul ADC 1 DAC, modul keypad hexadesimal, modul LCD, modul Motor Stepper. Untuk penulisan data kedalam DEPROM dapat digunakan Komputer dari mulai kelas PC AT286 hingga Pentium 11 yang dihubungkan ke alat tersebut melalui saluran paralel LPT1 atau LPT2. Alat ini dilengkapi dengan Program Compiler TASM, text editor Berta menu pilihan untuk download data, baca data dari EEPROM. Program untuk menjalankan modul penunjang disertakan sehingga pemakai dapat belajar membangun sistem dari dasar sehingga Hardware dan Software benar dimengerti.

Microprocessor 8088 is a standard model which is taught at Electrical engineering, but it is still a little aided tool to learn it. The system base on 8088 Microprocessor used EEPROM 2864 providing a facility of downloading data from Computer, which can be used learning Hardware and Software deeply. Beside that it can also be used as target board in realizing system base on 8088 Microprocessor with low cost because not required EPROM EMULATOR, EPROM PROGRAMMER AND EPROM ERASER. In this system, used an EEPROM that written and erased directly and not required some additional tools so that is poor costly. These tools include a main module consisting of Microprocessor, Memory, 110 (PPI, PIT, SIO) components and parallel port for communication with Computer. In the other hand a supporting module consist of ADC/ DAC, hexadecimal keypad, LCD and Stepper Motor modules.

For writing data into EEPROM can be used computer PC-AT286 up to Pentium II through LPT1 or LPT2 to the system. This system equipped Compiler TASM, text editor and menus for downloading or reading data from EEPROM. Program for experiment with support module included, so the user can learning to develop system step by step so hardware and software can be understood deeply."

"Hipoksia hipobarik merupakan suatu keadaan dimana tubuh kekurangan suplai oksigen karena tekanan parsial oksigen menurun. Salah satu contohnya adalah saat berada di ketinggian. Secara alami telah terjadi proses adaptasi sebagai mekanisme kompensasi terhadap hipoksia hipobarik. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui gambaran tentang aktivitas spesifik MnSOD, kadar MDA, dan hubungan antar keduanya pada paru tikus percobaan hipoksia hipobarik akut berulang. Sebanyak 25 tikus hewan percobaan jenis Wistar dibagi menjadi 5 kelompok, yaitu kelompok kontrol dan kelompok yang terpajan hipoksia hipobarik intermiten 1 kali, 2 kali, 3 kali dan 4 kali, masing-masing dengan interval 7 hari. Tiap kelompok ditempatkan dalam hypobaric chamber dan dipajankan kepada kondisi hipoksia hipobarik selama 45 menit dengan berbagai ketinggian. Tikus kemudian dimatikan dan sampel berbagai jaringan diambil untuk diukur parameter antioksidan enzim manganese superoxide dismutase (MnSOD) dan penanda stres oksidatif adalah malondialdehyde (MDA). Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan aktivitas MnSOD kelompok perlakuan 1 kali induksi menunjukkan penurunan bermakna dibanding kelompok kontrol dan terdapat penurunan bermakna dari kadar MDA kelompok perlakuan 4 kali induksi dibanding kelompok kontrol. Dari uji statistik diketahui bahwa aktivitas MnSOD dan kadar MDA tidak berhubungan bermakna.

Hypobaric hypoxia is a condition where the body lacks oxygen supply due to the partial pressure of oxygen decreases. One example is while flying at high altitudes. Naturally there has been a process of adaptation as a compensation mechanism against hypobaric hypoxia. This research was conducted to determine the description of the specific activity of MnSOD, MDA, and the relationship between the two in the lungs of rats hypobaric acute repetitive hypoxia. As many as 25 types of animal experiments Wistar rats were divided into 5 groups. namely the control group and groups exposed to intermittent 1 time, 2 times, 3 times and 4 times hypobaric hypoxia, each with an interval of 7 days. Each group was placed in a hypobaric chamber and exposed to hypobaric hypoxia conditions for 45 minutes with various heights. Rats then turned off and samples were taken to measure various parameters of tissue antioxidant enzyme manganese superoxide dismutase (MnSOD) and oxidative stress markers are malondialdehyde (MDA). From the results, one time induction treatment MnSOD activity groups showed significant decrease compared to the control group and there is significant reduction of 4 time induction treatment MDA level group than the control group. From the statistical test showed that MnSOD activity and MDA levels do not relate significantly."

"Penelitian tentang Analisis Kelayakan Pengenaan Pajak Hiburan atas Pusat Kebugaran bertujuan untuk menganalisis apakah pusat kebugaran layak atau tidak layak dikenakan pajak hiburan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pusat kebugaran (Fitness Center) tidak layak dikenakan pajak hiburan karena aktivitas di pusat kebugaran tidak termasuk ke lingkup hiburan, melainkan lebih condong ke olahraga dengan tujuan untuk menyehatkan badan, menurunkan berat badan, menjaga berat badan ideal, ataupun membentuk otot tubuh.

Research on Feasibility Analysis of Entertainment Tax on Fitness aims to analyze whether fitness center is suitable or not suitable to be the object of entertainment tax. By using quantitative research approach, this study shows that fitness center is not suitable to be the object of entertainment tax because the activites in the fitness center do not appertain into the scope of entertainment, but more inclined to nourish body, lose weight, maintain ideal weight, or build body muscle."

"Tesis ini membahas tentang Penentuan Status Beneficial Owner untuk mencegah penyalahgunaan Persetujuan Penghindaran Pajak Berganda (P3B). Penulisan difokuskan pada bagaimana menerapkan peraturan pajak domestik Indonesia dalam menentukan status beneficial owner. Juga bagaimana menerapkan ketentuan dalam P3B terkait dengan penentuan status beneficial owner. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian yang bersifat deskriptif. Disimpulkan bahwa penentuan status beneficial owner harus diletakkan dalam konteks pencegahan penyalahgunaan P3B atau treaty abuse. Apabila terjadi penyalahgunaan terhadap fasilitas yang diberikan dalam P3B terkait dengan penentuan status beneficial owner, terdapat dasar untuk tidak memberikan treaty benefit. Dengan demikian treaty benefit tidak boleh dinikmati oleh Wajib Pajak yang tidak berhak karena bertentangan dengan maksud dan tujuan dari tax treaty.

This thesis describes the determination of beneficial owner to prevent the abuse of tax treaty between contracting state. The writing is focused on how to apply the Indonesian domestic tax rules in determining the status of the beneficial owner. Also how to apply the provisions of the tax treaty in associated with determining the status of beneficial owner. This research is descriptive research. It can be concluded that determining the status of the beneficial owner must be placed in the context of abuse prevention of tax treaty. If there is abuse of the facilities provided in tax treaty associated with determining the status of the beneficial owner, the treaty benefit could not be provided to foreign tax payers. Thus the treaty benefits should not be enjoyed by the taxpayer who is not entitled because contrary to the intent and purpose of the tax treaty."
