Aspek spiritual merupakan aspek yang penting untuk diperhatikan dalam perawatan kesehatan pasien, asuhan keperawatan bukan hanya perawatan fisik semata, namun lebih luas dari itu, yaitu menyangkut masalah biopsikososio dan spiritual pasien. Desain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan potong lintang (cross-sectional). Perawat di ruang bedah Rumah Sakit Fatimah Cilacap sebesar 45 responden yang dipilih dengan teknik total sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa data demografi, 20 pertanyaan tentang pengetahuan perawat terhadap kebutuhan spiritual pasien dengan penyakit terminal, dan 15 pernyataan tentang sikap perawat terhadap pemenuhan kebutuhan spiritual pasien dengan penyakit terminal. Hasil dari uji independen T menunjukkan bahwa ada antara pengetahuan dengan sikap perawat terhadap pemenuhan kebutuhan spiritual pasien dengan penyakit terminal dengan P value = 0,000 (P value < 0,05). Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan akan memberikan kesadaran kepada perawat tentang pentingnya kebutuhan spiritual pada pasien dengan penyakit terminal, sehingga perawat dapat memenuhi kebutuhan spiritual pasien dengan optimal.

ABSTRACT
The spiritual aspect is an important aspect to consider in patient care, nursing care is not just about physical care, but more than that, that is the problem biopsikososio and spiritual concerns of patients. This study design is a descriptive analytic cross sectional. Nurses at Surgical and Internal Room of Rumah Sakit Islam Fatimah Cilacap selected by 45 respondents with a total sampling technique. The instrument used in the form of demographic data, 20 questions about nurses 'knowledge of the spiritual needs of patients with terminal illness, and 15 statements about nurses' attitudes toward spiritual needs of patients with terminal illness. The results of the independent T test showed that there is a relationship between knowledge of the attitudes of nurses towards spiritual needs of patients with a terminal illness with a P value = 0.000 (P value <0.05). The results of this study are expected to provide awareness to the nurses about the importance of the spiritual needs of patients with a terminal illness, so the nurse can meet the spiritual needs of patients with optimal.
