Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh transaksi pihak berelasi RPT dan corporate governance terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Penelitian ini membagi RPT menjadi piutang usaha, pendapatan, dan beban. Metode yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda dan menggunakan data panel. Sampel perusahaan adalah perusahaan yang terdaftar di BEI selama 2011-2014. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan piutang usaha dan beban pihak berelasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Pendapatan pihak berelasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Sementara itu, corporate governance berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja perusahaan.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to analyze impact of related party transactions and corporate governance on firms performance. This study classify RPT into three types of transaction, namely account receivable, income, and expenses. The research method uses in this study is multiple regression and used data panel. Samples in this study consist of firms that listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange during 2011 2014. The result of this study shows that account receivable RP and expenses RP is insignificant toward firms performance, but income generates from RP is positively affect firms performance. Corporate governance mechanism negatively affect firms performance.
