ABSTRAK
Kolagen merupakan bahan baku tinggi protein, dimana hampir semua asam amino terkandung didalamnya dengan kandungan terbesarnya adalah glisin, prolin, dan hidroksiprolin. Pada penelitian ini, kolagen diisolasi, dimurnikan, dan dikarakterisasi dari kulit babi Sus scrofa domesticus , kemudian dilakukan pencarian kondisi analisis optimum untuk mendapatkan metode penetapan kadar asam amino glisin, prolin, dan hidroksiprolin pada sampel kolagen kulit babi. Metode terbaik untuk mengisolasi kolagen dari kulit babi menggunakan perendaman dalam NaOH 0,1 M dan diekstraksi dengan asam asetat 0,5 N, dipresipitasi dengan NaCl 0,9M kemudian disentrifugasi, dialisis sebagai proses pemurnian, dan terakhir di freeze-drying untuk memperoleh bentuk padatnya. Karakterisasi yang dilakukan meliputi uji organoleptis, pH, analisis gugus fungsi, kadar air, kadar abu, viskositas, dan pewarnaan Casson rsquo;s trichrome pada jaringan kolagen. Selanjutnya kolagen dihidrolisis dengan HCl 6N selama 24 jam lalu diderivatisasi menggunakan pereaksi 9-Fluorenilmetoksikarbonil klorida FMOC-Cl . Sampel selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan kromatografi cair kinerja tinggi KCKT dengan kolom C-18 dan detektor fluoresensi pada panjang gelombang eksitasi 265 nm dan panjang gelombang emisi 320 nm. Fase gerak yang digunakan dapar asetat pH 4,2 -asetonitril 55:45 dengan laju alir 0,8 mL/menit. Hasil menunjukkan kadar rata-rata glisin, prolin, hidroksiprolin berturut-turut adalah 33,663 0,215 ; 12,333 0,128 ; dan 11,303 0,354.

ABSTRACT
Collagen is a high protein feedstock with almost all amino acids are contained in it, but the greatest content of all are glycine, proline, and hydroxyproline. In this study, collagen was isolated, purified, and characterized from porcine skin Sus scrofa domesticus , then determination of the optimum conditions analysis on amino acid in collagen were performed to obtain a method for determination of glycine, proline, and hydroxyproline content in porcine skin collagen samples. The best method to isolate collagen was using 0.1 M NaOH, extracted with 0.5 N Qacetic acid, precipitated with 0.9M NaCl, then collagen was centrifuged, dialysed to purification, and freeze dryed to get the solid form. The characterization tests includes organoleptic, pH, Fourier Transform Infra Red analysis, moisture content, ash content, viscosity, and Casson 39 s trichrome staining on collagen tissue. After that, collagen was hydrolized using HCl 6N for 24 hours then derivatized using 9 Fluorenylmethylcarbonyl chloride. Collagen was analyzed using high performance liquid chromatography HPLC with C 18 column and fluorescence detector at excitation wavelength of 265 nm and emission wavelength of 320 nm. Mobile phase used was acetic buffer pH 4.2 acetonitrile 55 45 with flow rate 0.8 mL min. The results showed average contents of glycine, proline, and hydroxyproline were 33,663 0,215 12,333 0,128 and 11,303 0,354.

Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT. Ethica Industri Farmasi bertujuan agar calon Apoteker mengerti dan memahami peran, tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri, serta mengetahui penerapan CPOB di industri farmasi, dan memiliki keterampilan dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri. Tugas khusus yang diberikan adalah mengenai perencaan implementasi sistem serialisasi 2D barcode untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pengawasan obat. Tujuan pembuatan tugas khusus tersebut adalah agar calon apoteker mengetahui tata cara implementasi sistem pengawasan obat berbasis digital yang terbaru, serta untuk dijadikan dasar penyusunan Standard Operational Procedure.

Internship at PT. Ethica Industri Farmasi aims to enable pharmacists to know and understand the roles, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in industry, and to know the implementation of CPOB in the pharmaceutical industry, and also to have the skills and practical experiences to do pharmaceutical work in industry. Specific tasks are given regarding planning the implementation of 2D barcode serialization system to improve the effectiveness of drug control. The purpose of making this special task is, so that pharmacists have knowledge and know the procedures for implementing the latest digital-based drug control system and later this special task will be used as the basic for the preparation of future Standard Operational Procedure.

Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Kimia Farma bertujuan agar calon Apoteker memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam pengelolaan apotek serta melakukan praktik pelayanan kefarmasian sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan dan etika yang berlaku. Calon apoteker juga diharapkan memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan praktik kefarmasian di apotek, serta memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktik kefarmasian dan mempelahari strategi dalam rangka pengembangan praktik kefarmasian. Tugas khusus yang diberikan yaitu analisis resep pada pasien hipertensi di Apotek Kimia Farma 143. Penulisan tugas khusus bertujuan agar calon apoteker memiliki pengalaman dalam kegiatan pengkajian resep dan senantiasa teliti, serta mampu memberikan informasi obat untuk tercapainya tujuan terapi demi meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien.

Internship at Apotek Kimia Farma 143 Depok aims to make pharmacist understand the duties, roles, and responsibilities in managing the pharmacy and do the practice pharmacy services in accordance with the prevailing laws and ethics. The pharmacists are also expected to have insight, knowledge, skills, and practical experience to conduct pharmacy practices at the pharmacy, as well as having a real picture of the problems in pharmacy practices and learn the strategies in developing pharmaceutical practices. The special task given is about prescription analysis in hypertensive patients at Apotek Kimia Farma 143 Depok. This special task is intended to ensure that pharmacist has experience in prescription assessment activities and are always thorough, and are able to provide drug information to achieve therapeutic goals in order to improve the quality life of patients.

Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Direktorat Jenderal Kefarmasian dan Alat Kesehatan Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia bertujuan untuk memahami peran, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di Direktorat Jenderal Kefarmasian dan Alat Kesehatan dalam melindungi kesehatan dan keselamatan masyarakat dari penyalahgunaan alat kesehatan dan PKRT yang tidak memenuhi persyaratan mutu, serta memiliki pengalaman dan keterampilan kerja di Direktorat Jenderal Kefarmasian dan Alat Kesehatan.Tugas khusus yang dilaksanakan oleh calon Apoteker adalah melakukan pengawasan terhadap iklan produk perbekalan kesehatan rumah tangga yang beredar di media elektronik. Proses pengawasan dan evaluasi terhadap iklan PKRT harus mencakup kesesuaian dengan label dan penandaan yang telah disetujui di dalam izin edar yang dimiliki serta berisi informasi yang tidak menyesatkan yang dapat merugikan kesehatan penggunanya.

Internship at the Directorate General of Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia aims to make apothecary students understand the role, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the Directorate General of Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices in protecting public health and safety from misuse of medical devices and Household Health Supplies PKRT that are not comply the quality requirements, and also to have experience and work skills in the Directorate General of Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices. The specific tasks carried out by apothecary student are to monitor the advertisement of Household Health Supplies PKRT that have been circulating in electronic media. The process of supervision and evaluation of PKRT advertisements must include the conformity with labels and markings that have been approved in the distribution permit that is owned by the industry or distributor and must contain information that is not misleading which can harm the health of its users.
