Abstrak :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa itu skema KUR lebih efektif, dengan skema Biaya Jasa Penjaminan atau Subsidi Bunga. Selesai dengan metode campuran antara kualitatif dan kuantitatif, di mana data kuantitatif diperoleh dari statistik deskriptif dan data kualitatif yang diperoleh dari Focus Group Diskusi (FGD) dan In Depth Interview (IDI). Awalnya, hipotesis dibuat untuk setiap KUR. skema berdasarkan hasil statistik deskriptif yang kemudian divalidasi dengan hasil FGD dan LPS. Aspek yang dikaji adalah bentuk dukungan pemerintah, skema program, pencapaian target program, dan kesesuaian antara hasil dan tujuan KUR utama. Hasil dari aspek-aspek yang dipelajari di masing-masing KUR. skema Ini kemudian dibandingkan melalui metode analisis komparatif.
