"Ruang Neonatus Intensive Care Unit (NICU) merupakan salah satu ruang perawatan kritis yang membutuhkan keterampilan khusus dari perawatnya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat stres kerja perawat di ruang NICU RSAB Harapan Kita. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan tekhnik total sampling, dengan jumlah responden 37 orang perawat dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner tentang stres kerja. Analisa yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan 59,5% responden memiliki tingkat stres ringan, 32,4% responden memiliki tingkat stres sedang dan 8,1% responden memiliki tingkat stres berat. Saran bagi bidang keperawatan RSAB Harapan Kita dapat membuat sebuah wadah konseling sebagai tempat bertemunya perawat dan dilakukannya rotasi kerja secara berkala. Untuk institusi pendidikan perlu dikembangkan mata ajaran keperawatan jiwa melalui simulasi manajemen stres kerja perawat dan rekomendasi bagi penelitian selanjutnya adalah melihat faktor-faktor apa saja yang menyebabkan stres kerja di ruang NICU.

Neonatus Intensive Care Unit (NICU) is one of the critical care room that need a special skills from the nurses. This research is a quantitative descriptive to know the level of nurses work?s stress in NICU RSAB Harapan Kita. The sampling population are 37 nurses of NICU of Harapan Kita, using the technique of total sampling, with univariat analysis and the data collected by using questionnaire.

The result of research shows that 59,5% respondents have low level stress, 32,4% respondents have middle level stress and 8,1% respondents have high level stress. The Advice for RSAB Harapan Kita that they can make a nurses consulting group as a place to express their feeling and do a work rotation temporary. Hopefully the nurse could know and also handle the work?s stress. For the education institution, they need to develop subject about psychiatric nursing and management of nursing that talk deeply nurses work?s stress management, and for the next research is by looking at what factors that make work?stress in NICU.

"Atresia ani adalah kelainan kongenital dimana terjadi tertutupnya lubang anus. Salah satu penatalaksanaan medis pada pasien atresia ani adalah PSARP (Posterior Sagittal Anorectoplasty.) Perawat memiliki peranan penting dalam perawatan pasien post operasi PSARP. Karya ilmiah akhir ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran asuhan keperawatan pada anak dengan atresia ani post operasi PSARP dengan intervensi keperawatan positioning. Posisi side lying prone merupakan salah satu tindakan perawatan perianal untuk mengatasi komplikasi dan risiko infeksi. Posisi ini telah di praktekkan pada tiga orang pasien post operasi PSARP di ruang BCh RSUPN DR. Cipto Mangunkusumo, dan menunjukkan hasil yang cukup baik dalam proses penyembuhan luka Anoplasty. Karya ilmiah ini merekomendasikan dilakukannya pelatihan perawat mengenai pengaturan posisi pada pasien post operasi PSARP.

Atresia ani is the disfunction of congenital that happen when hole of anal is closed. One of the medical treatment atresia ani is PSARP (Posterior Sagittal Anorectoplasty). Nurses has an important part in caring of post operation PSARP patient. This writing is to give the description of caring the atresia ani post operation PSARP patient with positioning nursing intervention. Side lying prone position is one of perineal care to prevent the complications and infection of anorectoplasty. The position has been practiced in three patients post operation PSARP in BCh room RSUPN DR. Cipto Mangunkusumo, and it showed good result in recovery of anorectoplasty. It is recommended education for the nurses to provided position for children post operation PSARP."
