Abstrak :
Salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang minyak, gas, energi baru dan terbarukan di Indonesia, melakukan restrukturisasi perusahaan dengan melakukan pembentukan holding dan membagi menjadi enam subholding dengan stream bisnis yang berbeda pada tahun 2021. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai motif, strategi dan dampak restrukturisasi perusahaan melalui pembentukan holding sub holding Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi terkait motif restrukturisasi, strategi Perusahaan dan dampak restrukturisasi Perusahaan. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, maka peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan explanatory case study. Hasil penelitian menyebutkan bahwa dampak dari restrkturisasi Perusahaan telah menjawab keseluruhan motif atau ekspektasi dari Manajemen dan pemegang saham Perusahaan. Dengan adanya restrukturisasi Perusahaan dapat menciptakan Perusahaan lebih fokus, agile, lean, streamlining decision making dan operational excellence. Penelitian ini mengurai proses end to end restrukturisasi Perusahaan mengenai motif, strategi dan dampak restrukturisasi perusahaan, sehingga dapat merumuskan strategi kebijakan di masa yang akan datang baik untuk Perusahaan maupun Pemerintah. Selain itu, penelitian ini menguatkan teori pada studi sebelumnya bahwa salah satu motif restrukturisasi Perusahaan adalah untuk meningkatkan fokus dan transparansi Perusahaan. Penelitian mengenai restrukturisasi perusahaan tidak banyak dilakukan karena keterbatasan informasi yang komprehensif. ......In 2021, one of the oil, gas, and new and renewable energy companies in Indonesia restructured by establishing a holding and dividing it into six sub holdings with distinct business segments. This study seeks to provide an overview of the motivations, strategies, and consequences of corporate reorganisation through the formation of a holding sub holding. This study aims to explore the related motives of restructuring, corporate strategy and the impact of corporate restructuring. To be able to address research questions, the researchers employed a qualitative methodology involving an explanatory case study. According to the findings of the study, the impact of the Company's restructuring reached all the motives or expectations of Management and Company shareholders. The restructuring of the company can make it more focused, agile, and lean, while also streamlining decision-making and enhancing operational excellence. This study explores the complete process of corporate restructuring, including the motives, strategies, and implications of corporate restructuring, in order to formulate future corporate and government policy strategies. In addition, this study reinforces the theory in previous studies that one of the motives for corporate restructuring is to increase corporate focus and transparency. Due to a lack of comprehensive data, research on corporate restructuring is not extensively conducted.

Studi struktur komunitas ikan di Situ Salam Kampus Universitas Indonesia (UI) Depok, telah dilakukan untuk mengetahui struktur komunitas ikan dengan mengacu pada komposisi, dominasi, kegelapan, dan keanekaragamannya. Sampel ikan diambil di empat titik yaitu Salam inlet, Salam midlet, zikon pond, dan Salam toko. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 10 spesies ikan ditemukan, yaitu Amphilopus citrinellus, Barbodes binotatus, Clarias batrachus, Channa striata, Oreochromis mossambicus, Oreochromis niloticus, Poecilia reticulata, Pterygoplichthys pardalis, Trichopodus pectoralis, dan Trichopodus trichopterus. Komposisi ikan tertinggi dari danau Salam adalah Pterygoplichthys pardalis itu Senyawa sekitar 54%. Outlet Salam memiliki total spesies tertinggi dengan 9 spesies. Zikon tambak adalah lokasi dengan indeks keanekaragaman tertinggi dengan nilai 1,34.

A study of fish community structure at Situ Salam Kampus Universitas Indonesia (UI) Depok, has been conducted to know the structure community of fish with reference to composition, domination, eveness, and its diversity. Fish samples were taken at four spots that is Salam inlet, Salam midlet, zikon pond, and Salam outlet. Result of research showed that 10 species of fish were found, those are Amphilopus citrinellus, Barbodes binotatus, Clarias batrachus, Channa striata, Oreochromis mossambicus, Oreochromis niloticus, Poecilia reticulata, Pterygoplichthys pardalis, Trichopodus pectoralis, and Trichopodus trichopterus. Highest fishes composition of Salam lakes are Pterygoplichthys pardalis that compound about 54%. Salam outlet has highest species total with9 species. Zikon pond were the location with the highest diversity index with value1.34.
