Abstrak :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kepatuhan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif studi kasus. Penerapan kepatuhan terhadap POJK dapat dinilai dari laporan keuangan LPEI. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa LPEI secara umum sudah menerapkan POJK terkait. Namun terdapat satu aspek dalam POJK yang belum dapat dipenuhi oleh LPEI yaitu terkait dengan Pembiayaan kepada UMKM. Hal tersebut dikarenakan sulitnya LPEI menemukan UMKM yang sesuai dengan kriteria pada Undang-undang tentang UMKM serta berorientasi ekspor.

This study aimed to analyze the compliance of LPEI for the OJK rules. The method used is qualitative research methods case study . The implementation of the compliances can be judged by the LPEI rsquo s financial statements. The results of this study indicate that generally, LPEI is already implementing the regulations. However, there rsquo s one aspect in the regulations that LPEI can not comply yet, i.e. about the financing for micro, small, and medium Enterprises. It is because the difficulties faced by LPEI to find the right criteria of micro, small, and medium Enterprises which is in accordadnce with the micro, small, and medium Enterprises regulations itself and with the export oriented ones.
