Lingkungan sekolah mempunyai potensi terjadi kecelakaan karena jika pejalan kaki penyeberang berperilaku tidak memenuhi standar baku dalam menyeberang atau bersikap tidak mematuhi aturan Para pejalan kaki dan penyeberang harus memiliki hak dan kewajiban yang sama dengan kendaraan bermotor Oleh karena itu penyediaan fasilitas penyeberangan menjadi tuntutan keamanan dan keselamatan para pejalan kaki Penelitian ini dilakukan dijalan raya Bogor dimana lokasi tersebut volume kendaraannya sangat padat tepatnya di km 31 31 5 terdapat sekolah Permata Bunda SDN 1 Cisalak SDN 3 Cisalak pasar Cisalak Cimanggis kota Depok Hasil study diperoleh rancangan Zona Selamat Sekolah dengan ZoSS untuk dua sekolah yang berdekatan dan bersebelahan Disain ini diharapkan dapat mengurangi potensi kecelakaan pengguna jalan menjadi lebih tertib khususnya anak sekolah dengan kendaraan bermotor dilingkungan sekolah sekolah tersebut.
