Abstrak :
[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis apakah terdapat pengaruh antara psychological empowerment terhadap motivasi karyawan disabilitas. Serta apakah variabel kepuasan kerja menjadi variabel moderator antara psychological empowerment dan motivasi karyawan disabilitas di PT. Indosiar Visual Mandiri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan sensus, menggunakan total sampling dengan jumlah 30 orang karyawan penyandang disabilitas. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan linier regression dan moderated regression analysis. Perusahaan merasa ikut bertanggungjawab mempekerjakan para penyandang disabilitas dan ini menjadi bagian dari program CSR (corporate social responsibility) karena perusahaan percaya bahwa setiap orang berhak mendapatkan kesempatan yang sama. Secara umum kebijakan ini berkaitan dengan upaya meningkatkan reputasi perusahaan. Humanity sebagai salah satu misi dari perusahaan juga menggambarkan adanya kepedulian terhadap lingkungan sekitar yang menunjang pemberdayaan masyarakat terhadap masalah kesejahteraan sosial khususnya bagi para penyandang disabilitas. Selain itu perusahaan juga mendapatkan insentif pajak dari pemerintah karena telah konsisten mempekerjakan penyandang disabilitas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara psychological empowerment terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan disabilitas. In addition the company also received tax incentives from the government because it has been consistently employ persons with disabilities. Abstrak :
Tesis ini membahas tentang Perjanjian Pengikatan Jual Beli (PPJB) yang diikuti dengan sewa menyewa dengan causa pengakuan utang. Putusan yan menjadi fokus penelitian adalah Putusan Mahkamah Agung Nomor 51PK/PID/2022. Dalam kasus ini Notaris melakukan tipu muslihat dengan menyiasati utang tersebut untuk dijadikan  perjanjian pengikatan jual beli yang diikuti sewa menyewa. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah keabsahan perjanjian pengikatan jual beli yang diikuti sewa menyewa dengan causa pengakuan utang dan  delik penipuan yang terdapat pada Perjanjian Jual Beli diikuti sewa menyewa dengan causa  pengakuan utang dalam Putusan Mahkamah Agung 51PK/PID/2022. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah doktrinal dengan tipologi penelitian Eksplanatoris-analisis. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dengan metode analisis kualitatif di mana bertujuan. Untuk mendeskripsikan suatu peristiwa secara mendalam. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa keabsahan dari PPJB mengalami perubahan dari pengadilan negeri yang dinyatakan sah sedang pada putusan Mahkamah Agung menyatakan tidak sah. Bahwa PPJB adalah sah karena sejatinya para pihak sudah mengaku bahwa objek sudah beralih dengan adanya PPJB dan sewa menyewa. Delik penipuan yang didakwakan oleh hakim Mahkamah Agung karena berdasarkan putusan perkara perdata PPJB dianggap sah. Dari perjalanan sidang dapat diketahui bahwa hakim mengesampingkan semua alat bukti yang ada. ......This thesis discusses the sale and purchase binding agreement (PPJB) followed by leasing with causa acknowledgment of debt. The decision that is the focus of the research is the Supreme Court Decision Number 51PK/PID/2022. In this case the TAH Notary committed a trick by tricking the debt into a binding sale and purchase agreement followed by a lease. The formulation of the problem in this study is the validity of the binding sale and purchase agreement followed by leasing with the causa of acknowledgment of debt and fraudulent offenses and fraudulent offenses stated by the Judge. The research method used is doctrinal with an explanatory-analytic research typology. This study uses secondary data. The results of this study reveal that the validity of the PPJB has changed from the district court which is valid while the high court is considered invalid and the supreme court declares it to be invalid. The author states that the PPJB is valid because actually the parties have acknowledged that the object has changed with the existence of the PPJB. The delict of fraud charged by the Supreme Court judge because based on the decision on the PPJB civil case was deemed valid. From the course of the trial it can be seen that the judge overruled all available evidence.

Abstrak :
Sebuah perkawinan merupakan salah satu peristiwa penting dalam hidup manusia. Begitu banyak persiapan yang dilakukan agar perkawinan itu dapat terlaksana sesuai dengan yang diinginkan. Sebelum terlaksanya perkawinan, pada umumnya pasangan yang hendak melangsungkan perkawinan terlebih dahulu mengutarakan keseriusan niatnya dengan menjanjikan perkawinan atau menggelar acara peminangan atau yang dikenal pula dengan pertunangan. Akan tetapi tidak jarang janji-janji itu tidak dipenuhi dan menimbulkan kerugian bagi salah stau pihak sehingga membawanya ke muka pengadilan. Skripsi ini membahas sekaligus menganalisa beberapa putusan-putusan pengadilan berkaitan dengan pembatalan sepihak pelaksanaan perkawinan sebagai suatu pembuatan melawan hukum. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode peneltian normatif yuridis. Hasil penelitian dalam tulisan ini menunjukkan dalam mayoritas putusan hakim pengadilan menyatakan bahwa dibatalkannya pelaksanaan perkawinan secara sepihak merupakan sebuah perbuatan melawan hukum, namun Penulis juga menemukan perbedaan perdapat dalam putusan hakim yang mana menyatakan bahwa pembatalan secara sepihak atas pelaksanaan perkawinan adalah merupakan sebuah wanprestasi. ......A marriage is one of the important events in human life. So many preparations were made so that the marriage itself could be carried out as desired. Before the marriage is carried out, in general, couples who want to get married first express the seriousness of their intention by promising marriage or holding a marriage ceremony or what is also known as engagement. However, it is not uncommon for these promises not to be fulfilled and cause harm to one of the parties, thus bringing them to court. This paper discusses as well as analyzes several court decisions relating to the cancellation of promise to marry by one of the party as the law of tort. The research method used is juridical-normative research method. The results of the research in this paper show that the majority of court judges' decisions stated that the cancellation of promise to marry is an act against the law, but the author also finds inconsistencies in the judge's decision which states that those same matter in some cases was categorized as a breach of contract.
