Abstrak :
Penutupan institusi pendidikan sebagai salah satu langkah penerapan kebijakan pembataan sosial berskala besar, menyebabkan mahasiswa berisiko mengalami kesepian. Kesepian yang terjadi pada mahasiswa dapat berdampak pada kesehatan mental mahasiswa, salah satunya berisiko mengalami psychological distress. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kesepian selama pandemi Covid-19 dengan psychological distress pada mahasiswa. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif-korelasi dan teknik potong lintang melibatkan 591 mahasiswa, didapatkan melalui teknik virtual network sampling. Hasil analisis bivariat dengan uji kai kuadrat didapatkan ada hubungan antara kesepian selama pandemi Covid-19 dengan psychological distress (p=0,000). Penelitian ini membantu pelayanan, penelitian, dan pendidikan keperawatan terkait kesepian dan psychological distress. Peningkatan concern dan awareness perawat terhadap fenomena kesepian dan stresor lainnya yang dapat mengancam kesejahteraan psikologis mahasiswa direkomendasikan. ......The closure of educational institutions as one of the steps in implementing large-scale social restriction puts college students at risk of experiencing loneliness. Loneliness can dangerously affects students’ mental health, one of negative mental health risk caused by loneliness is psychological distress. This study aims to determine the relationship of loneliness during Covid-19 pandemic and psychological distress in college students. Quantitative research with descriptive-correlation design and cross-sectional technique involving 591 students, obtained through virtual network sampling technique. The result of the bivariate analysis with the Chi-square test found a relationship between loneliness during Covid-19 pandemic and psychological distress (p=0,000). This research supports the development of nursing services, research, and education related to loneliness and psychological distress. It is recommended to increase nurses’ concern and awareness of the phenomenon of loneliness and other stressors that can affect students’ psychological well-being.

Abstrak :
Penggunaan metode komunikasi dalam pelaksanaan di Ruang Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit X mengacu pada SOP yang berlaku yaitu komunikasi SBAR dalam format SOAP. Hasil karya tulis ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan K-ISBAR tool dalam pelaksanaan handover di ruang rawat inap Rumah Sakit X. Metode penulisan yang digunakan pada karya tulis ini yaitu case report dengan hasil analisis yang didapatkan dari observasi, wawancara, dan telusur dokumen. Hasil analisis pada karya tulis ini menunjukkan bahwa penyampaian informasi dalam pelaksanaan handover belum efektif sehingga diterapkan evidence-based practice berupa metode komunikasi K-ISBAR. Hal ini berkaitan dengan fungsi pengarahan dan peran interpersonal pada head nurse dan primary nurse yang belum optimal. Evaluasi penerapan komunikasi K-ISBAR masih belum maksimal. Hasil karya tulis ini merekomendasikan head nurse dan primary nurse untuk melakukan pengarahan dalam bentuk adaptasi serta evaluasi penerapan metode komunikasi yang terstruktur dalam pelaksanaan handover. ......Communication method that used during handover in inpatient room at X hospital refers to the SOP, which is SBAR communication in the SOAP format. This study aims to analyze the implementation of K-ISBAR tool during handovers in inpatient rooms at X Hospital. Case report research with the result of the analysis obtained through observations, interviews, and document research method. The results of the analysis in this paper show that the delivery of information in the handover implementation has not been effective so that evidence-based practice is applied in the form of the K-ISBAR communication method. This is related to the function of directing and interpersonal roles in the head nurse and primary nurse which are not optimal. Evaluation of the application of K-ISBAR communication is still not optimal. It is recommended for head nurse and primary nurse to conduct briefings in the form of adaptation and evaluation of the application of structured communication methods in carrying out handovers.
