"Makalah non skripsi ini membahas tentang kegagalan governance dalam dua klub olahraga di Australia yaitu The Essendon Football Club dan The Cronulla Sharks Rugby Leagues Club. Laporan ini mengkaji isu-isu etis yang terjadi di tahun 2011 sampai 2012 termasuk pelanggaran the Code of Ethics of the Australian Accounting Profession oleh manajemen tim, kegalalan oleh board dalam memonitor staf, dan terjadinya kecurangan-kecurangan (fraud) oleh staf klub.

This paper discusses about the failure of corporate governance in two sports clubs, which are The Essendon Football Club and The Cronulla Sharks Rugby Leagues Club. It deliberates the ethical issues relating to the events of these two clubs in the year of 2011-2012 that includes the breaching of the Code of Ethics of the Australian Accounting Profession by the management, the failure of staff's monitored by the board, and the commitment of fraud by the club's staff."
