Skripsi ini membahas tentang karakteristik dari sebuah induktor toroid berinti ferite. Menganalisa bagian induktor dalam rangkaian boost converter yang meliputi cara kerja induktor dengan bahan ferite dan dengan bentuk toroid, cara membuat induktor bentuk toroid dan penyelesaian masalah yang akan timbul dari rangkaian boost converter sehingga nantinya bisa mendapatkan karakteristik dari induktor berbahan ferite dengan bentuk toroid

Abstract
This thesis discusses the characteristics of an inductor toroid core ferite. Analyzing the inductor in the boost converter circuit which includes the workings of the inductor with ferite material and the shape of the toroid, how to make the inductor toroid shape and resolution of problems that would arise from the boost converter circuit so that later can get the characteristics of inductors made with a toroid ferite.
