Abstrak :
This thesis discusses about the characterization of the main characters in the six of Russian folktales, which are cited from book of Russian folktales collection, Narodnye Russkie Skazki. Analysis were conducted by using structural approach to determine the structure of the functions of dramatis personae, using the Vladimir Propp's Theory of Morphology of Folktale. By textual approach, characters and characterization were anaysed based on the Adler and Toman’s Theory of Individual and Family Constellation collaborated with intrinsic approach. As the results, in the six of the stories were found corelation between the structure of the functions of dramatis personae and the depiction of character’s personality. The six characters were developed because of the effect of family condition and the order of the births, so that there are variative personalities.

Skripsi ini membahas penokohan tokoh utama dalam enam cerita rakyat Rusia, yang diambil dari buku kumpulan cerita rakyat Rusia Narodnye Russkie Skazki. Analisis dilakukan dengan pendekatan struktural untuk mengetahui struktur fungsi tindakan tokoh, dengan menggunakan teori struktur dongeng Vladimir Propp. Melalui pendekatan tekstual, tokoh dan penokohan dianalisis berdasarkan teori individu dan konstelasi keluarga Adler-Toman dengan bantuan pendekatan interinsik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam keenam cerita tersebut ditemukan keterkaitan antara struktur fungsi dan penggambaran kepribadian tokoh. Karakter keenam tokoh utama terbentuk akibat pengaruh kondisi keluarga dan urutan kelahiran yang berbeda-beda, sehingga muncul keberagaman kepribadian.
