"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh browsing dan usage Intensity terhadap urge to purchase dan impuls purchase di Instagram Bisnis dengan moderasi jenis kelamin, usia, dan pendapatan. Sampel penelitian ini adalah pengguna aktif aplikasi instagram yang pernah melakukan pembelian secara impulsif di aplikasi instagram dalam kurun waktu 1 satu bulan terakhir. Data diolah dengan metode analisis Structural Equation Modelling SEM dengan software LISREL 8.8 untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa browsing tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap impulse purchase namun memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap urge to purchase sedangkan usage intensity memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap urge to purchase dan impulse purchase. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh moderasi yaitu jenis kelamin, usia, dan pendapatan yang memberi pengaruh signifikan pada pembelian impulsif hanya jenis kelamin saja.

This study aims to determine the effect of browsing and usage intensity towards urge to purchase and impulse purchase in Instagram Business with the moderation of gender, age, and income. The sample of this research are active user of instagram application ever made impulsive purchase in instagram application within the last 1 one month. The data were processed by Structural Equation Modeling SEM method with LISREL 8.8 software to test the research hypothesis.
The results showed that browsing has no significant effect on impulse purchase but has a significant influence on urge to purchase while usage intensity has a significant influence on urge to purchase and impulse purchase. The results also show that the effect of moderation ie sex, age, and income that gives a significant influence on impulsive purchases only gender type made a significant change.

"ABSTRAK
Pada sektor industri, kemasan telah menjadi barang penting setiap hari, dan penggunaannya semakin meningkat sejalan dengan ekonomi global. Jenis kemasan dengan penggunaan paling banyak adalah menggunakan paper and paperboard. Material kertas juga memiliki beberapa kelemahan, diantaranya proses penguraian oleh alam yang memerlukan waktu 2 ndash; 5 bulan. Jenis material kertas yang paling banyak diproduksi didunia adalah Corrugated. Setelah End-of-life EOL produk kemasan kertas menumpuk dan menjadi sampah. Studi penelitian ini dilakukan untuk meningkat nilai material dari segi value, fungsi dan performa dengan mengimplementasikan dari beberapa pendekatan, prinsip desain, proses atau perlakuan dari material dan usaha lainnya yang disebut material value upgrading. Salah satu pemanfaatan kemasan kertas karton bergelombang untuk meningkatkan nilai material setelah masa End-of-life EOL telah selesai, yaitu menggunakan prinsip Design For Other Usage untuk pembuatan papan serat.

ABSTRACT
In the industrial sector, packaging has become an important item every day, and its use is increasing in line with the global economy. Type of packaging with the most use is to use paper and paperboard. Paper materials also have some weaknesses, betwixt the process of decomposition by nature that takes 2 5 months. The most widely produced paper material in the world is Corrugated Paperboard. After End of life EOL paper packaging products pile up and become waste. The study was conducted to minimize the reduction of value degradation and maximize residual value and also improve the life cycle and total value of the goods by implementing from several approaches, design principles, processes or treatment of materials and other business called material value upgrading. Praktek kerja profesi di Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Fatmawati Periode Bulan MaretApril Tahun 2018 bertujuan untuk memahami peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di Rumah Sakit sesuai dengan ketentuan dan etika pelayanan farmasi khususnya dan pelayanan kesehatan umumnya, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan praktek kefarmasian di rumah sakit, memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktek kefarmasian serta mempelajari strategi dan kegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka pengembangan praktek kefarmasian di rumah sakit. Praktek kerja profesi ini dilaksanakan selama satu bulan dua minggu dengan tugas khusus yaitu ldquo;Profil Penggunaan Antibiotik Pada Pasien Intensive Care Unit ICU RSUP Fatmawati Periode 29 Maret-4 April 2018 rdquo;. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah memperoleh gambaran profil penggunaan antibiotik pada pasien ICU RSUP Fatmawati sebagai dasar pertimbangan perencanaan antibiotik, dimana mencakup karakteristik pasien, jumlah penggunaan tiap jenis antibiotik, ketepatan pemberian antibiotik berdasarkan hasil kultur, dan jumlah penggunaan antibiotik berdasarkan lini pengobatan yang terdapat pada Pedoman Penggunaan Antibiotik di RSUP Fatmawati sehingga melatih calon Apoteker menjalankan fungsi pengelolaan sediaan farmasi yaitu perencanaan.

ABSTRACT
Profession Internship at Fatmawati General Hospital in March-April 2018 aims to understand the role, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in hospitals in accordance with applicable laws and ethics of pharmaceutical services in particular and general health services, having insight, knowledge, skills, and practical experience in conducting pharmaceutical practices in hospitals, have a clear conception of pharmaceutical practice issues as well as studying strategies and activities that can be undertaken in order to develop pharmaceutical practices in hospitals. This profession internship is implemented for one month and two weeks with a special assignment Profile of Antibiotic Usage In Patient Intensive Care Unit ICU Fatmawati General Hospital in 29 March-4 April 2018 . The purpose of this special assignment is to obtain a profile description of patient rsquo;s antibiotics usage in ICU Fatmawati General Hospital as a base for antibiotic planning consideration, which includes patient characteristics, the usage of each type antibiotics, the accuracy of antibiotics based on sensitivity test results, and the amount of antibiotic use based on Fatmawati General Hospital Guidelines for the Use of Antibiotics in lines treatment to train Apothecary candidates to carry out pharmaceutical duties which is planning as management function."

"ABSTRACT
As students of distance education institutions, the interest of Universitas Terbuka's students in following the online tutorials showed an increasing number from year to year. However, the number of students who actively following the online tutorial apparently not as big as the number of students who activated the tutorial. This showed that there were certain factors that caused students did not participate actively. A quantitative approach was used to explain the effect of online tutorial service quality on students' satisfaction and loyalty. Data collected through an online survey to all participants in the Faculty of Law, Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) which selected using accidental sampling technique. Furthermore, the data was analyzed by using the regression analysis and the univariate analysis. These analyses showed that the SERVQUAL model could be used to measure the learning services quality from multidimensional. Learning support services via the Internet (online tutorial) provided by UT stated in the good and satisfactory category. However, there were aspects of learning support services that still needed to be fixed by Universitas Terbuka, especially the accuracy of tutorial services provided by tutors, the speed of time to respond, giving feedback, and answering student questions."

"One of librarys most important element of the library is collection. The rise information and technology, has improved library needs to transforms into digital era. Library users preferred e resources collections. The National Library of Indonesia (NLI) realized e resources collection has become one of the primary collection. During these five years, there are not enough research about usage of e resources collection services evaluation. This research took evaluation of the usage of e resources collection services with a quantitative approach of the ISO 11620:2014 as general standard for library performance indicators. ISO 11620:2014 is a statement of symbol, numeric, and verbal that is obtained through the library statistics and data that is used to characterized the library performance indicators. There are 6 (six) performance indicators that are used as benchmark in assesing how far e resources collection is used in The NLI on 2014 2015. Those 6 (six) indicators are : (1) The percentage of e resources collection that is not used); (2) the number of content unit downloaded per capita; (3) the number of visitors that join the e resources training; (4) the expense of the e resources collection procurement; (5) the percentage of expenditure on the provision of information for the collection of e resources; (6) Percentage of library staff who provide the guidance of the eresources collection services for. This research found that e resources usage collections services in The NLI is not optimized. E resources collections service has not maximized for following reasons. First, The NLIs e resources is in balanced referring to covered subjects. The high e resources collections that were not used by user, only 3% of the whole e resources collections are used by users. Although, the level of content downloaded unit per capita for each e resources collections decreased from the previous year. E journals downloaded are more higher than the e books and e videos downloaded from whole e resources collections. In 2015, the number e books and e video downloaded are less than 5 per 1000 user. PROQUEST download decreased from 2.7 to 1.9 for all users served. These conditions was caused by lack of e resources development policy that becomes controlling in the process of collection management at the National Library of Indonesia. NLI needs to improve the e resources development a primary missions to create a great form of national collections. Second, NLI need to set priority in providing technology based services. E resources training and promotion are also need to set up as priority to colleges that have limited infrastructure and internet access. There are a large number user can be a potential gateway to increasing e-resources usage. This research found users were trained at the NLIs e resources has decreased in 2015. There was about 3 users per 1000 the NLIs users in the previous year. Third, the level of the percentage of staff who provide training increased by 12.34% from the previous year. Although there was improvement the percentage of the GCC staff training is still very small compared with the number of staff at service center. Librarians competencies also needed to improve e resources training in NLI. Librarian must have competenciies as much skill in providing information services in technology, has skill in searching strategy using e resources. The research also found evaluation of e resources usage at NLI will increase. Fourth, in terms of budget indicators issued for the provision of information in the form of a collection of e resources shows the results are quite positive. Costs incurred for the provision of e resources collections always increase every year. The research recommended further research related to the application of e resources system performance measurement standards. It is important for the evaluation of performance of e resources development at NLI to improve performance even better in the future."

"Pada bulan desember tahun 2019, seluruh dunia dikejutkan dengan kemunculan wabah penyakit baru di Wuhan yang menyerang sistem pernafasan manusia dan menyebar dengan cepat ke lebih dari 190 negara di dunia. Penyakit yang dikenal sebagai Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) ini ditetapkan sebagai Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC) akibat kenaikan kasus yang cepat disertai angka kematian yang tinggi. DKI Jakarta merupakan salah satu wilayah dengan kasus COVID-19 tertinggi di Indonesia, maka diperlukan perilaku pencegahan dan pengendalian COVID-19 di masyarakat. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan masyarakat dengan perilaku penggunaan dan pengelolaan masker dalam upaya pencegahan COVID-19 masa pasca pandemi di DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria inklusi masyarakat berusia 16-64 tahun di wilayah DKI Jakarta dengan total sampel sebanyak 624 responden. Analisis dilakukan secara bivariat dengan chi-square. Hasil uji bivariat diperoleh adanya hubungan antara tempat tinggal (p=0,010 <0,05), pengetahuan (p=0,000 <0,05), dan perilaku (p=0,023 <0,05) dengan kejadian COVID-19. Variabel lain seperti usia (p=0,457) dan jenis kelamin (p=0,165) ditemukan tidak memiliki hubungan signifikan (>0,05) dengan kejadian COVID-19. Oleh karena itu, perlu meningkatkan edukasi atau sosialisasi penggunaan masker dalam bentuk infografis yang lebih menarik sehingga dapat mengendalikan angka kejadian COVID-19.

The entire world was astonished in December 2019 by the appearance of a new illness outbreak in Wuhan, that affects the human respiratory system and spreads fast to more than 190 nations. Due to the rapid increase in cases and high fatality rate, Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) has been designated a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC). DKI Jakarta is one of the regions with the greatest COVID-19 instances in Indonesia, hence a COVID-19 prevention and control culture is required in the community. The purpose of this study was for analyzing the association between public knowledge and mask usage behavior and management in COVID-19 attempts at prevention in the post-pandemic Period in DKI Jakarta. This is a quantitative study using a cross-sectional design. Purposive sampling was the method used for this study, with inclusion criteria for people aged 16-64 in the DKI Jakarta area, yielding a total of 624 respondents. The analysis was performed bivariately using chi-square. The bivariate test results showed an association between residence (p = 0.010 <0.05), knowledge (p = 0.000 <0.05), and behavior (p = 0.023 <0.05) and COVID-19 incidence. Other characteristics, such as age (p = 0.457) and gender (p = 0.165), were found to have no significant association (>0.05) with COVID-19 incident. As this occurs, it is required to increase education or socialization on the use of masks in the form of visually appealing infographics in order to control the occurrence of COVID-19."

"Penggunaan smartphone merupakan fenomena yang telah mendapat perhatian serius dalam beberapa dekade terakhir. Tingginya intensitas penggunaan smartphone pada remaja dapat menimbulkan beberapa dampak negatif, diantaranya penurunan waktu dan kualitas tidur. Kualitas tidur yang buruk pada remaja dapat mempengaruhi produktivitas kegiatan sehari-hari dan berdampak pada masalah kesehatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui hubungan antara penggunaan smartphone dengan kualitas tidur remaja SMA Negeri 1 Kebumen. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian cross-sectional pada 98 remaja. Hasil analisis uji chi-square menunjukkan bahwa adanya hubungan antara penggunaan smartphone dengan kualitas tidur remaja (p = 0,001; α 0,05). Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian ini, peneliti berharap orang tua dapat meningkatkan kepedulian terkait dampak yang ditimbulkan dari penggunaan smartphone sehingga dapat melakukan pendidikan serta pencegahan sedini mungkin. Perawat diharapkan mampu menjadi edukator dan fasilitator mengenai pentingnya kualitas tidur bagi remaja. Peneliti merekomendasikan penelitian lebih lanjut terkait penggunaan smartphone dan kualitas tidur pada kelompok usia remaja selain siswa SMA.

The use of smartphones is a phenomenon that has received serious attention in the last few decades. The high intensity of smartphone use in adolescents can have several negative impacts, including a decrease in sleep time and quality. Poor sleep quality in adolescents can affect the productivity of daily activities and have an impact on health problems. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between smartphone use and the sleep quality of adolescents at State Senior High School 1 Kebumen. This research is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional study design on 98 adolescents. The results of the chi-square test analysis showed that there was a relationship between smartphone use and adolescent sleep quality (p = 0.001; α 0.05). Based on the results of this study, researchers hope that parents can increase awareness regarding the impact of smartphone use so that they can carry out education and prevention as early as possible. Nurses are expected to be able to become educators and facilitators regarding the importance of quality sleep for adolescents. Researchers recommend further research related to smartphone use and sleep quality in adolescent age groups other than high school students."

"Keberhasilan m-wallet dalam memberikan layanan yang sesuai dengan harapan pelanggan tidak hanya dilihat dari peningkatan jumlah pengguna, tetapi juga dari sisi bagaimana menjaga retensi pengguna dalam menggunakan aplikasi, salah satunya adalah dengan mengevaluasi sisi customer experience. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi determinan dari customer experience (CX) dan bagaimana implikasi customer experience (CX) terhadap customer loyaty dan continue usage intention, dimana penelitian difokuskan pada pada aplikasi mobile wallet (m-wallet). Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dan teknik survei secara online terhadap 342 responden. Kemudian data diuji menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa delapan dari 21 hipotesis dinyatakan signifikan, di mana terdapat masing-masing pengaruh yang signifikan dari trust, convenience, social influence, application attributes, dan responsiveness terhadap customer experience, kecuali customer support. Customer experience juga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dengan customer loyalty dan continue tusage intention. Kemudian variabel moderasi usia dan gender ditemukan tidak memoderasi masing-masing hubungan trust, convenience, social influence, application attributes, customer support, dan responsiveness terhadap customer experience. Hasil penelitian ini akan berkontribusi pada literatur tentang Customer Experience (CX) dan akan membantu penyedia layanan m-wallet dalam mengenali pentingnya CX dan merancang strategi membangun customer experience yang tepat.

The success of m-wallet in providing services that meet customer expectations is not only seen from the increase in the number of users but also in terms of how to maintain user retention in using applications, one of which is by evaluating the customer experience side. This study aims to identify the determinants of customer experience (CX) and how the implications of consumer experience (CX) on customer loyalty and continued usage intention, where the object of this research is a mobile wallet application (m-wallet). This study uses descriptive research and online survey techniques with 342 respondents. Then the data was tested using the Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The results showed that eight of the 21 hypotheses were significant. Each significantly influenced trust, convenience, social influence, application attributes, and responsiveness towards customer experience, except for customer support. Customer experience also significantly influenced customer loyalty and continued service intention. Then the moderating variables of age and gender were found not to moderate the relationships of trust, convenience, social influence, application attributes, customer support, and responsiveness toward customer experience. The results of this study will contribute to the literature on Customer Experience (CX) and assist m-wallet service providers in recognizing the importance of CX and designing strategies to build the right customer experience."

"Mobile banking (m-banking) menjadi layanan perbankan melalui media elektronik yang paling populer dikarenakan adanya peningkatan penggunaan telepon seluler di masa kini. Namun, pengembangan infrastruktur m-banking melibatkan investasi yang cukup besar sehingga penggunaan m-banking oleh nasabah secara berkelanjutan menjadi poin penting bagi bank untuk mendapatkan profitable return on investments dan mempertahankan kelangsungan jangka panjang sistem teknologi perbankan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti pengaruh dari relationship-marketing dan knowledge sharing terhadap penggunaan m-banking secara berkelanjutan dengan peran mediasi customer’s intrinsic motivation. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan two-step procedural approach untuk menguji hipotesis dengan menggunakan 411 sampel nasabah pada sembilan perbankan dengan pengguna aktif m-banking terbanyak di Indonesia. Hasil studi ini menunjukkan bahwa relationship-marketing berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap customer’s intrinsic motivation yang dapat mengarahkan pada penggunaan m-banking secara berkelanjutan. Lain halnya dengan knowledge sharing, meskipun berpengaruh secara positif, hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa knowledge-sharing tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap customer’s intrinsic motivation sehingga tidak memiliki pengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap penggunaan m-banking secara berkelanjutan.

Mobile banking (m-banking) has become the most popular banking service through electronic media due to the increasing use of cellular phones today. However, the development of m-banking infrastructure involves a large investment so that the continuous usage of m-banking by customers is an important point for banks to obtain profitable returns on investments and maintain the long-term viability of the banking technology system. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of relationship-marketing and knowledge sharing on the continuous use of m-banking with the mediating role of customer's intrinsic motivation. This study uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with a two-step procedural approach to test the hypothesis by using a sample of 411 customers in nine banks with the most active m-banking users in Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that relationship-marketing has a positive and significant effect on customer's intrinsic motivation which can lead to the sustainable use of m-banking. Meanwhile, knowledge sharing, although it has a positive effect, the results of the study show that knowledge sharing does not have a significant effect on customer's intrinsic motivation so that it does not have an indirect influence on the continuous usage of m-banking."

Pasar smartphone yang besar menarik banyak pelaku bisnis untuk bersaing melalui inovasi teknologi. Brand atau merek memainkan peran penting dalam persaingan di pasar smartphone. Untuk memenangkan persaingan, strategi merek yang efektif digunakan untuk menjangkau target pasar. Penelitian ini akan meneliti pengaruh dari Brand Engagement dan Brand Love terhadap Repurchase Intention produk smartphone di Indonesia. Sampel pada penelitian ini merupakan Warga Negara Indonesia berusia 18 tahun ke atas. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 484 responden melalui kuesioner secara online dan analisis data menggunakan perangkat SmartPLS 4 untuk menganalisis 7 hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Brand Engagement berpengaruh positif terhadap Brand Love serta Repurchase Intention secara langsung dan melalui mediator Brand Love. Brand Love berpengaruh positif terhadap Repurchase Intention. Variabel moderasi Usage Duration memoderasi hubungan Brand Engagement dan Brand Love.

The advancement of technology and the shift in societal activities from offline to online have increased the demand for smartphones. The large smartphone market attracts many business players to compete through technological innovations. Brands play a crucial role in the competition within the smartphone market. To win the competition, effective brand strategies are used to reach the target market. This study will examine the influence of Brand Engagement and Brand Love on Repurchase of smartphones in Indonesia. Sample of this research is Indonesian aged 18 and above. This research was conducted with 484 respondents through online questionnaires, and data analysis was performed using SmartPLS 4 to examine 7 hypotheses. The results show that Brand Engagement has a positive effect on Brand Love and Repurchase Intention both directly and through mediation variable Brand Love. Brand Love positively influences Repurchase Intention. The moderation variable Usage Duration moderates correlation between Brand Engagement and Brand Love.
