Abstrak :
Berkendara dalam kegiatan operasional PT XYZ merupakan kejadian utama kecelakaan. Setiap tahun bahkan cenderung mengalamai kenaikan rate kecelakaan. Belajar dari kejadian kecelakaan berkendara di tahun 2016 dan 2017, PT XYZ berkewajiban untuk menurunkan tingkat rate kecelakaan, oleh karena itu di tahun 2018 diperkenalkan sebuah program Journey Management System (JMS) yang bertujuan untuk membentuk karakter pengemudi yang selamat guna mencapai penurunan jumlah kecelakaan berkendara di PT XYZ. Desain penelitian ini adalah survei menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan semikuantitatif. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara penerapan JMS dan jumlah kecelakaan sekaligus menilai perubahan perilaku pengemudi sebelum dan sesudah penerapan JMS ini. Aplikasi pengolahan data statistik (Statistical Product and Service Solution/ SPSS) dengan metode Correlation untuk mengetahui hubungan antara implementasi JMS dan perilaku mengemudi dan jumlah kecelakaan berkendara. Dari hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa JMS memiliki hubungan dengan perilaku mengemudi di PT XYZ, Akan tetapi JMS tidak memiliki hubungan dengan jumlah kecelakaan berkendara di PT XYZ. ......Driving in PT XYZ's operational activities is the main incident of accidents. Every year it even tends to experience an increase in the accident rate. Learning from the incidents of driving accidents in 2016 and 2017, PT XYZ is obliged to reduce the rate of accidents, therefore in 2018 a Journey Management System (JMS) program was introduced which aims to shape the character of safe drivers to achieve a reduction in the number of driving accidents in PT XYZ. The research design was a survey using descriptive research methods with a semi-quantitative approach. The aim is to determine the relationship between the implementation of the JMS and the number of accidents as well as to assess changes in driver behavior before and after the implementation of this JMS. Statistical data processing application (Statistical Product and Service Solution / SPSS) with the Correlation method to determine the relationship between JMS implementation and driving behavior and the number of driving accidents. From the results of this study it is concluded that JMS has a relationship with driving behavior at PT XYZ, however JMS has no relationship with the number of driving accidents at PT XYZ.

Perkembangan pasar aplikasi dan layanan 3G sejak pertama kali diluncurkan di Indonesia pada tahun 2006 hingga hampir 3 tahun belakangan ini nampaknya belum dapat menunjukkan hasil yang optimal. Jika dibandingkan dengan jumlah total pelanggan seluler GSM, maka jumlah pelanggan maupun pengguna aplikasi dan layanan 3G masih sangat kecil. Hal tersebut tentunya mengindikasikan adanya kegagalan pasar serta masih rendahnya antusiasme konsumen seluler GSM dalam menggunakan aplikasi dan layanan 3G. Mengetahui faktor - faktor dari perspektif konsumen dalam hubungannya dengan intensitas penggunaan aplikasi dan layanan 3G sangat penting untuk diamati sebagai landasan dalam penyusunan strategi dan penentuan segmen pasar yang tepat oleh operator telekomunikasi sebagai penyedia aplikasi dan layanan 3G. Tesis ini membahas tentang hubungan karakteristik konsumen seluler berbasis GSM dengan penggunaan aplikasi dan layanan 3G berbasis WCDMA di wilayah DKI Jakarta. Selain itu, pada penelitian ini juga akan dilakukan pembahasan mengenai tingkat kepuasan pelanggan dan pengguna 3G dari operator GSM penyedia 3G. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mencari hubungan ( korelasi ) antara karakteristik konsumen seluler GSM dengan penggunaan aplikasi dan layanan 3G, mengetahui popularitas 3G di kalangan konsumen seluler GSM, termasuk persepsi konsumen tentang 3G. Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan mampu memberikan informasi bagi operator untuk perbaikan proses segmentasi pasar agar lebih sesuai, serta perbaikan strategi yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan penggunaan layanan 3G di kalangan konsumen seluler. Pengolahan data pada tesis ini menggunakan beberapa metode penelitian, yakni teknik/metode analisis korelasi Spearman Rank, dan koefisien kontingensi dengan uji chi kuadrat, yang diolah dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 15, serta analisis kepuasan pelanggan dengan teknik/metode gap analysis, dan Customer Satisfaction Index.

If compared with the total number of GSM cellular subscribers, the number of user or subscribers in 3G's application and services are still very small. This certainly indicates a failure of market and low consumers enthusiasm in using 3G?s application and service. Knowing the various constraint from the consumer?s perspective is very important things for determine the appropriate strategy and market segment by the services and applications provider. This thesis discuss about analyzes the relationship on consumers characteristics of GSM cellular related to 3G applications and services in Jakarta region. On the other hand, This thesis also analyzes about 3G?s customer satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to find out the relationship between GSM consumer characteristics with their preferences in using 3G?s applications and services, including consumers perception about 3G, popularity of 3G in GSM's consumer, and also observe in 3G?s customer satisfaction. In addition, the result of this research are expected to provide information for the operators of 3G to improve their market segmentation to be more appropriate, and improvement strategy that aims to increase the use of 3G application and service. In additional, to find out a correlation between variables, it used Spearman rank analysis, and coefficient contingency with chi - square test, which are processed by SPSS version 15. Then, to observed about 3G?s customer satisfaction, gap analysis and customer satisfaction index are used as tools in this thesis.

Ubi jalar Ipomoea batatas L. varietas ungu, orange, dan putih dapat dibedakan berdasarkan warna kulit dan daging umbinya. Penelitian aktivitas antiinflamasi oleh tanaman ini masih terbatas meskipun telah dimanfaatkan secara tradisional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai IC50 ekstrak umbi Ipomoea batatas L. dalam menghambat aktivitas lipoksigenase. Simplisia umbi ubi jalar diekstraksi dengan metode maserasi menggunakan pelarut etanol 70. Masing-masing ekstrak diuji penghambatannya terhadap aktivitas lipoksigenase dan dilakukan penapisan fitokimia serta penetapan kadar flavonoid total. Nilai IC50 dan kadar flavonoid total yang diperoleh dari masing-masing ekstrak dianalisis hubungannya menggunakan software SPSS versi 22.0. Hasil uji penghambatan aktivitas lipoksigenase menunjukkan bahwa nilai IC50 ekstrak umbi ubi jalar ungu, orange, putih berturut-turut adalah 46,09; 52,12; dan 63,69 g/mL. Pada penapisan fitokimia diketahui bahwa ketiga ekstrak mengandung golongan senyawa alkaloid, flavonoid, saponin, tanin, dan glikosida. Kadar flavonoid total dalam ekstrak ubi jalar ungu, orange, dan putih berturut-turut adalah 8,45 0,41; 7,57 0,03; dan 6,12 0,14 mgQE/g ekstrak. Kadar flavonoid total dan nilai IC50 ketiga ekstrak saling berhubungan kuat dan berbanding terbalik dengan nilai signifikansi 0,026 dan korelasi -0,999 yang menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi kadar flavonoid total maka semakin rendah IC50. ......Sweet potatoes Ipomoea batatas L. with purple, orange, and white varieties can be differentiated by their skin and flesh tubers rsquo colors. Research on anti inflammatory activity of this plant is still limited although has been used traditionally. This study aims to determine IC50 value of sweet potato tubers extract in inhibiting lipoxygenase activity. Dried tubers of sweet potato were extracted by maceration with ethanol 70 . Each extracts were tested for lipoxygenase inhibitory activity, phytochemical screening, and total flavonoid content. IC50 and total flavonoid content obtained from each extracts were analyzed using SPSS version 22. IC50 value of purple, orange, and white sweet potato tuber extract were 46.09, 52.12, and 63.69 g mL. Phytochemical contents of each extracts contain alkaloids, flavonoids, saponins, tannins, and glycosides. Total flavonoid content in purple, orange and white sweet potato extracts are 8.45 0.41 7.57 0.03 and 6.12 0.14 mgQE g extract. Total flavonoid contents and IC50 values of each extracts are strongly correlated and inversely proportional with significance value 0.026 and correlation value 0.999 which indicate that the higher the total flavonoid contents the lower the IC50.

The current book is the first publication of a complete overview of machine learning methodologies for the medical and health sector. It was written as a training companion, and as a must-read, not only for physicians and students, but also for any one involved in the process and progress of health and health care. In eighty chapters eighty different machine learning methodologies are reviewed, in combination with data examples for self-assessment. Each chapter can be studied without the need to consult other chapters. The amount of data stored in the world's databases doubles every 20 months, and clinicians, familiar with traditional statistical methods, are at a loss to analyze them. Traditional methods have, indeed, difficulty to identify outliers in large datasets, and to find patterns in big data and data with multiple exposure / outcome variables. In addition, analysis-rules for surveys and questionnaires, which are currently common methods of data collection, are, essentially, missing. Fortunately, the new discipline, machine learning, is able to cover all of these limitations. So far medical professionals have been rather reluctant to use machine learning. Also, in the field of diagnosis making, few doctors may want a computer checking them, are interested in collaboration with a computer or with computer engineers. Adequate health and health care will, however, soon be impossible without proper data supervision from modern machine learning methodologies like cluster models, neural networks, and other data mining methodologies. Each chapter starts with purposes and scientific questions. Then, step-by-step analyses, using data examples, are given. Finally, a paragraph with conclusion, and references to the corresponding sites of three introductory textbooks, previously written by the same authors, is given.

A unique point is its low threshold, textually simple and at the same time full of self-assessment opportunities. Other unique points are the succinctness of the chapters with 3 to 6 pages, the presence of entire-commands-texts of the statistical methodologies reviewed, and the fact that dull scientific texts imposing an unnecessary burden on busy and jaded professionals have been left out. For readers requesting more background, theoretical and mathematical information a note section with references is in each chapter. The first edition in 2010 was the first publication of a complete overview of SPSS methodologies for medical and health statistics. Well over 100,000 copies of various chapters were sold within the first year of publication. Reasons for a rewrite were four. First, many important comments from readers urged for a rewrite. Second, SPSS has produced many updates and upgrades, with relevant novel and improved methodologies. Third, the authors felt that the chapter texts needed some improvements for better readability: chapters have now been classified according the outcome data helpful for choosing your analysis rapidly, a schematic overview of data, and explanatory graphs have been added. Fourth, current data are increasingly complex and many important methods for analysis were missing in the first edition. For that latter purpose some more advanced methods seemed unavoidable, like hierarchical loglinear methods, gamma and Tweedie regressions, and random intercept analyses. In order for the contents of the book to remain covered by the title, the authors renamed the book: SPSS for Starters and 2nd Levelers. Special care was, nonetheless, taken to keep things as simple as possible. Medical and health professionals tend to dislike software syntax. Therefore, virtually no syntax, but, rather, simple menu commands are given. The arithmetic is still of a no-more-than high-school level. Step-by-step analyses of different statistical methodologies are given with the help of 60 SPSS data files available through the internet. Because of the lack of time of this busy group of people, the authors have given every effort to produce a text as succinct as possible.

This research is a correlation study between learning approach and achievement in mathematics of third grade science major of "X" Senior High School in Bandung. The samples selection for this research used simple random sampling method and the samples of this research are 60 students. The instrument used to collect the data about learning approach was adapted from questionnaire that was developed by John Biggs (1987). It is called The Revised Two-Factor Learning Process Questionnaire (R-LPQ-2F) that consist of 40 items. With the validation starting from 0.401 until 0.795 and the reliability is 0.638. Whereas the instrument used to measure achievement in mathematic is from final score of mathematic major. The collected data was mannered by Spearman's correlation using SPSS 15. From the final result we can see that the correlation between surface approach and mathematic final score is 0.062 and the correlation between deep approach and mathematic final score is 0.155. The conclusions are there is no significant correlation between surface approach and mathematic final score, and also there is no significant correlation between dep approach and mathematic final score

Nowadays the quality aspects of information technology (IT) implementation plays an imperative role in the case of supporting services to its related stakeholders, mainly more on the issue of an effective and efficient process. To provide a more reliable, understandable, reusable, and maintainable academic information systems, Graduate School of IPB needs to improve the quality of its IT. Development of information systems (IS) through the proper stages of analysis and design expected to create a reliable and qualified IS. This research will evaluate the effectiveness of Academic Management IS. An evaluation conducted by observing the current system, using questionnaires, and measurement using a Likert scale. Questionnaire instrument tested for its validity (Product Moment) and reliability (Cronbachs Alpha) using SPSS version 19. This study adopts an integrated database schema that IPB has developed and designing research seminar online registration prototypes using object-oriented approach for a better IS future development.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pemilihan auditee, kompetensi dan independensi auditor terhadap kualitas audit kepabeanan. Peneliti ini di lakukan di Direktorat Jendral Bea dan Cukai dengan data audit kepabeanan tahun 2013 dan 2014. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode estimasi generalized least square pada structural equation modeling dengan aplikasi IBM SPSS AMOS versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa independensi auditor berpengaruh positif terhadap kualitas audit kepabeanan, dan perlu pengembangan model prediksi hasil audit yang lebih baik. Kompetensi auditor tidak berpengaruh terhadap kualitas audit kepabeanan dan perlu tindakan segera terhadap gejala kelelahan .

Pelaksanaan pengadaan pekerjaan proyek dengan dana pinjaman ADB telah mempunyai aturan yang jelas yaitu pedoman Bank (ADB) sebagai pegangan pelaksanaan pengadaan jasa pemborongan dan petunjuk pelaksanaannya (juklak) yang dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah pusat. Namun kenyataannya keterlambatan pengadaan proyek masih saja terjadi seperti pada kontrak ADB 1798-INO : Road Rehabilitation (Sector) Project (RRSP). Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengantisipasi keterlambatan pelaksanaan proses pengadaan pekerjaan proyek agar tidak terulang di masa yang akan datang dengan cara mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap keterlambatan proyek prasarana jalan. Metode yang digunakan adalah melakukan survei terhadap panitia dan stake holder pengadaan jasa pemborongan pada paket ADB-Loan No 1789-INO. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan alat bantu statistik. Dengan menggunakan program SPSS untuk menganalisa statistik dan Crystal Ball menyederhanakan kombinasi yang banyak dari data - data sebagai nilai masukan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan survei berupa penyebaran kuesioner kepada beberapa responden yang melaksanakan pengadaan ADB 1798-INO. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap keterlambatan pada proses jasa pemborongan.
Project construction works under ADB loan has clear provision under ADB Guidelines utilized as guidance for construction services procurement and its implementation guidance issued by the central government. But actually project procurement delayed is still occurred as happened at ADB loan No 1798-INO RR(S) P. The purpose of this research is for anticipation the delay of the project works procurement process in order it could not happened again in the future by identification the factor influencing the road infrastructure slowness. Method utilized through making survey against the committee and the stake holders of the construction services procurement on ADB loan No 1798-INO RR(S) P. Data processing was equipped with static data by using SPSS program to analyze the statistic and Crystal Ball can simplified combination many data input. The research under taken with using distributing questioner survey of several respondents which conducting the ADB loan No 1798-INO RR(S) P procurement. Result of this research is a factors outcome which the construction services process slowness.
